If you where a hs prospect and you could choose to go any where to play ball next year where would you go?
I would to a division I school still but a school that is not known for its basketball program. I'd like to put my own stamp on a program instead of going the duke or kentucky route.
Kind of like Damian Lilliard with Weber State, nice.
university of texas........ have you seen the girls in attendance?
I agree with you a 100%! I respect players so much when they do that kinda like how Robert Griffin made a name for himself at Baylor
To be fair Griffin didn't have that many great offers out of highschool
Anywhere there is a vet school, because if sports didnt work out for whatever reason, id like academics and my second passion to follow right up, becoming a veterinarian.
Maybe Oregon for me. I've always wanted to be an oregon duck
I wouldnt mind goinging there they have AWESOME jerseys! lol
USC UCLA or Miami, women and weather
or pepperdine, effing beautiful.
Michigan state, Michigan or kansas
I'd get mark few a championship
Well playboy had university of Virginia as the #1 party school in America, so that's my choice. I love booze and b*tches lol
Hell yes, bro.
if you want weather sceanery and women, you cant beat pepperdine. I mean pepperdine is litteraly on the beaches of malibu like you can walk out of your class and walk to the ocean and jump in. Of course you arent gonna be getting any national recognition unless you pull some doug christie stuff.
As for my answer, I would honestly have to feel out the recruting process. The coach would mean a lot to me. I would defenitly want to stay west coast along the ocean somewhere with ucla, oregon, washington all getting serious consideration.
Pepperdine that would be a good one. Plus i'd love to take advantage of a free education from that place
well my list would be
1. A Coaching staff who focuses on the Development of all players, No favoritism,
2. A Good Vet in my position who i could learn From
3. well i came to get a Free Education, so choose the best
4. lastly, quality of the training facility,
but not great prospect, with no "top" schools fighting for me, I would choose Butler.
The best coach in America. A chance to play right away against pretty good competition. Some national exposure. A chance to help build a growing program. A big city with a small town feel (Indianapolis). Pro team in town for summer games.
If I was like a one and done superstar like Anthony Davis, Kentucky, but if I stayed 4 years Duke and Mike however you spell it. Greatest college coach currently.
If i'm a swingman. whether it be small forward or shooting guard.I would pick Arizona state. They lose their swingman this year and Jahii carson will probably be back and they have a good underrated core group. If I am a top 30 wing in the class then that is where I am going.
Really depends on the caliber of player I'd be. If I was a consensus 5 star I'd probably go to UNC. If I was a 4 star or lower I'd go to Memphis, and if I wasn't good enough to go to Memphis I'd try to become the star at a really small program.
I would be off to Indiana University.
Wouldn't want to go to Pepperdine since their campus has a curfew and they are so isolated in malibu and away from LA, so probably Loyola Marymount, only a mile away from the beach and beautiful women ... Oh wait I did go to LMU haha
I really like Brad Stevens from Butler as a coach so if it was purely a basketball decision I would head there. If I were 18 again though I would surely not be making the decision purely on basketball and most likely end up at a school like UCLA or maybe Florida.
Coach fisher plus living in San Diego is a no brainer for me.
