Out of the teams on this list what will the Toronto Raptors get in return fior CB4 on a S&T?

    New York
    Chicago
    Miami
    LA Lakers
    Houston

If he chooses New York, Chicago, or Miami, he doesnt have to sign and trade….

And in mostS&Ts, teams never get equal, or close to equal value…

Lakers’ll probably give S. Brown, J. Farmar, and a future first?

And Houston will probably give Jordan Hill, David Anderson, and some sort of protected pick

He doesnt have to sign and trade but he doesnt want to leave the Raptors with nothing either.

There is no way the Lakers get Brown, Farmar, and a first for Bosh. Do you realize how ridiculous that is? ANY deal will be centered around Bynum and filler. And if the raptors dont want Bynum and a filler then theyll let Bosh walk for free.

YOU CAN NEVER SMOKE TOO MUCH @ KNICKSBOY

Yah thats just silly, how do you see LA paying for Bosh’s contract while giving up 2 FA’s? Bosh wants a Max-Contract and has been leaning towards a S&T for some time so that is always a possibiliity. He will not screw over the Raptors fans and orginization and has a great freindship with GM Bryan Collengelo.

Woops, Ya’ll right, I wasn’t thinking Bynum, and just thought the Lakers wouldnt be willing to giv up anything besides bench players

I think they’ll b glad to take Bynum once Bosh lets it be known that he’ll leave

If Bynum was healthy I doubt they would make that trade. Maybe switching from West to East, not playing on the Lakers where everyone always givces them their 100 percent effort, and having less media pressure in Toronto can help Bynum stay relatively injury free.

I Doubt chris bosh leaving. he loves toronto and wants to be a number one option rather then a 2nd/3rd option. he is a 3 year extension watch when this happens.

The Rockets have the most tooffer the Raptors in a Sign and Trade…Bosh for Scola, Shane and the NY picks 2011 and 2012( The ones they in The TMac Deal….great fucking deal right NY)…Two tough ass SOB’s that will help turn the Raptors in to a more defensive team…two 1st rounders too…will seal the deal..>>> Just think like GM Brian Collangelo….Bynum( get last a season) D.Lee plays same position as Bargs for the same money…. Beasley and Chalmers for Bosh…No…supposedly Beasley ain’t worth some late 1st rounders( Too you guys,…) Deng and Hinrich for Bosh…No No No No No….The Rockets can give you 2 leaders and NBA tough guys…Battier would mentor the young guys and the two 1st rounders to add to yours helps you rebuild sooner than later…
    ,…Bosh to The Rockets…Prepare for Take Off…

I think he’s going to NY for David Lee and maybe Wilson Chandler.

The key is- Bosh has to want to go to a team THEN come back and want a S&T. If Toronto cannot agree to a deal with a team like NY, he could just sign out right then.

Lol you guys really think the reasoning behind Bosh wanting to do a S&T is because he doesn’t want to leave the Raptors empty handed? No it’s because they can give him more money than any other team, so a S&T would give him the most possible cash.

He is not moving unless a S&T happens… THe difference between signing as a free agent or a S&T is $ 29 Million and Bosh thinks about money waaaaaaaaay too much. He called the NBA “Business” in a lot of occasions. This gives the Raptors some leverage, but that dumbass of Colangelo won’t realize it and he’s probably going to fu** up this one too after J.O. and Turk.
I think he is going to the Rockets, but I think Jordan Hill is part of the deal too.

LOL, that gives Toronto no leverage because he has to pick the team and unless the team is over the cap, they could offer Toronto anything they want.

If Bosh really wants to go to a team that’s under the cap and T-Dot doesn’t get a S&T done? He would probably sign outright.

I really wish that OKC would want to spend some money on Bosh. They have so much talent the Raps need at there dispense and many cntracts that they wont be able to resign. Theyre biggest need is a Big Post Presence and Bosh and Durant would be the deadliest duo in the sport.

I’m quite confident that during Bosh’s next contract he end’s up missing signifigant time from a knee surgery. I’ve watched him use a fairly bulky brace and tough out the last 2 seasons. He missed quite a few games last season because of knee pain as well.

Unless he plans on playing the rest of his career with his knee the way it is (which he could do, but i doubt he will) he will opt for the surgery and give his new team much less then a full term of service.

The real question should be; “What is Bosh’s trade value knowing he will miss signifigant time during his next contract?”

That’s fair value…The Rockets keep Hill and their future picks to backup Bosh and Yao…The Raptors need those NY picks in the next 2 drafts…Scola and Battier help too…They provide defense and toughness…That’s a done deal….

Out of the teams on this list what will the Toronto Raptors get in return fior CB4 on a S&T?

New York- I don’t think Toronto would be so dumb as to take back David Lee, but there were NY-based rumors at some point that the Raptors would not view that as being as big of a downgrade as it actually is.
Chicago- They could probably assemble a deal around Noah, Johnson, Hinrich, and a future #1 that would allow Toronto to save face under the guise of Noah being the interior presence needed to play next to Bargnani. It would still be a highway robbery for Chicago.
Miami- Super Cool Beas, Daequan Cook, Joel Anthony, a future first rounder as well as giving back the first Toronto owes Miami, and an extended Udonis Haslem. Riley announces that Spo will be fired the next day.
LA Lakers- Bynum and their first rounders in 2011 and 2013. Scary possibility for the league.
Houston- 2011 first round pick, NYK 1st in 2012, Jordan Hill, Trevor Ariza, David Andersen, Aaron Brooks, and Chase Budinger. The rebuilding poo-poo platter.

Lol, funny how you gave players Toronto would take back for every team but NY. No matter.

We will have to just wait and see where Bosh decides where he wants to go.

Also, Scarecrow- If Bosh doesn’t wanna go to Houston, they won’t get that deal. Why do you keep saying Done deal?

Actually ScareCrow215Legend it isn’t. Houston would absolutely have to pay far more because they cannot sign him without a sign-and-trade. Bosh can’t go to Toronto and say I’m signing with Houston regardless. If the Raptors don’t play ball, Houston has no chance.

knicksboy32, Lee and Bosh can be signed for the same amount so there would not need to be contracts added on to make the deal work, and the Knicks don’t have any picks for the foreseeable future, so they can’t be added in. I’m sure if that was the destination that New York would throw in the 2014 first round pick. Sorry for not putting that in the first time.

Just not with a depleted roster…Scola, Battier and the NY Picks for Bosh,,,,Does it hurt cause you know those picks will get it done…He’d have the Team on his back and Yao for a playoff run or two if they keep him rested….If they draft Aldrich or Whiteside they’ll have a big body to help them in the season…
Brooks, Martin,Ariza, Bosh, Whiteside, Budinger and Hill are a good young core…Throw in Yao and a MLE Veteran and that team can contend…The Raps may buy out Battier to save Money and He can resign with the Rockets for the Playoff Run….That team is the Best Place for Bosh to go…The Raps getting toughness and leadership and NY’s picks will ease he blow of losing the Star….But It’s the best move by far they can make….Bynum would be the best player they could get in return…but Think about it…
Woulkd you trade your franchise player for a injury prone Big Man with a torn meniscus…That will requir off season surgery???? NO….David Lee for Bosh straight up…NO>>>>> Bosh for Deng,Johnson and a Pick??? No…Bring up 1 good Bosh trade and I’ll stop….

If the raptors want to rebuild a smart move to try would be send Bosh to the pacers for murphy, hibert and another cap throw in with a first rounder this year or next and the rights to swap picks down the road. And if the raptors were really serious they would add calderon in that deal for dunleavy and brandon rush( and or more picks down the road) this way they have picks to rebuild, a young center in hibert and expiring contracts that teams will be calling for all next season( ( and if they didnt trade murphy or dunleavy thats all money to chase melo or someone else in 2011) not to mention the high draft pick of there own for the next season because lets be really it would be a tank season where they just let j. jack, derozan, baragini and hibert play there game together (oh and alot of this needs hedo to be traded too)

It’s cool. I thought you had something. Couldn’t Lee sign a 5/50 and Bosh do a Max because NY has the cap space?

Also, I think Toronto would want a little more. Maybe Douglas or Walker would be in the deal. Chandler would be that last resort.

Scola,Battier and The NY picks for Bosh…It’ll work watch…David Morey made that deal with Bosh in mind…He can get him for The Scola,Battier and Picks package….Houston cleared Cap space with those moves they made….20 million plus for TMac trade to NY….They dump his 20 million on the Knicks and stole those 2 picks and Jordan Hill, They also got Martin from the Kings for Landry…They will get Bosh….mark my words….The Man Is A Genius….

The point is CHRIS BOSH HAS TO WANT TO GO TO HOUSTON

no wonder you have negatives, you don’t listen.

First off, Daryl Morey is not giving up all those picks. It’s not happening. He’s actually a smart GM.

NY has nobody but Gallo….Didn’t Bosh just have a better Gallo in Bargnani…Then the Raptors get back Lee and Walker + No Picks when Scola and Battier give you the smae thing and will cost you less…Not to mention two other picks to add with your high lottery picks in 2011 and 2012….That’s how you rebuild…Thats the only deal that works/…Would Bosh want to play in a worse scenario in NY…or with a Team that is already loaded with talent and a Top 3 center when healthy…For the first time too they have a pick that can get Yao a back up that will help him survive the full season….Play w/Yao,Brooks,Martin and Ariza and a young core…or Play w/ Gallo, Chandler and some free agent savior of the Franchise….Bosh Picks Houston…His hometown Team….

    Here’s why your wrong.

    1. The Rockets have the right to swap picks in 2011, NY would get thier pick. They only own the 2012 1st round pick.

    2. Bosh already stated interest in NY with or without LBJ.

    3. How is Bosh going to his hometown? He was born in Dallas

    4. Stop Trolling.

Like I said before, The Knicks will get someone. It depends on who. I don’t care who we get as long as we get someone. Plus, I didn’t make the trade so they weren’t my picks. Get it right man.

Ok. So why is everyone SO convinced Bosh is skipping town? He has stated he loves Toronto, he is hoping that they build a winner around him so he can stay, he wants to be “the guy” on his team and that there is no better opportunity than in Toronto, he said there is no sign and trade list, and finally, he has said resigning here is his first priority. So why is everyone saying he is leaving? Because ESPN said so???

Lee’s agent has long put forth that he is pushing for max or near max money, which seems to be why an extension was never reached. 5-$50 million does not appear to be what is going to get it done.
