What lies ahead for Milwaukee's backcourt?

If they do not bring back either Jennings or Ellis should they go after a guy like McCollom if he's available at 15?

Should they target Tyreke Evans to go along with McCollom?

If McCollum is there at 15,

If McCollum is there at 15, hell yes. That'd be quite a steal in my humble opinion. And as for what you said about Evans, they'd compliment one another really well. One slasher/scorer who can handle the ball and one sweet-shooting/scorer who can also handle the rock. Also, Evans is capable of guarding multiple positions fairly well, so that's also a plus. Not a bad plan if it actually comes to fruition.

My thoughts

Shane Larkin, Michael Carter Williams should be the main concern for the Bucks

IMO, they should keep Ellis and look to trade Jennings

I believe MCW will be gone in

I believe MCW will be gone in the 6-8 range. If I'm Detroit he is my selection.

McCollum is going in the top

McCollum is going in the top 10. He will probably go to Detroit at 8. Michael Carter-Williams at 15 would be a nice pick and if they can sign Evans that would be a huge backcourt and cause major problems for other teams defensively. Both of them are 6'6"

McCollum can't shoot?

He shot more than 50% from 3 point land before he got injured! McCollum is probably one of the best shooters in this draft!

I think Milwaukee has to wait

I think Milwaukee has to wait and see what happens with that extension they offered Ellis(from all Ive heard, he probably wont take it). If thats the case, I would definitely take a backcourt guy at #15 because Jennings is also a question mark. Unless MCW or Schroeder fall to them(trust me, McCullom will be long gone by then), Id target at Larkin or Pope at #15.

They offered Monta 12 million

They offered Monta 12 million a year. Now I'm scared what they'll throw at Jennings or another mediocre player. I don't know who's calling the shots in Milwaukee, Im guessing its the owner who doesn't want to tank a season, or else Hammond has no frickin clue how to build a small market franchise. Just no end in sight of this stupidity.

Monta Ellis as a near 20ppg

Monta Ellis as a near 20ppg career guy who is 27 years old, looks good value at $36 million over 3 years. If the Bucks can get him resigned then they don't have to break the bank on Jennings and can maybe let him move on.

20 ppg and 27 years old

When you put it like that yeah 12 million per is a great deal, but you forgot to mention that hes been at 42% FG and 28% on threes as a Buck. He brings no value at all on the defensive end either. I like that you can never question his heart or toughness but he's way too inconsistent and inefficient.

With the 15th pick, the

With the 15th pick, the Milwaukee Bucks select Shane Larkin.

I heard they love his pick and roll ability, and with both of their big name guards looking at other options, and J.J. Reddick looking at his options too, I think they absolutely address their backcourt this draft.
