joe2324ParticipantRight now the Hawks are on fire and they’re playing the best team basketball in the east. They have a great mix of unselfish talent led by a great coach. To make things even better, they can swap first round picks with the nets. What if the Nets collapse and fall into the lottery? This pick now belongs to the Hawks. Suppose it falls at 7. Which player at 7 would make the most sense for an already dominant Hawks team. This is stickly WHAT IF.

The Scare Crow RisesParticipantI think they should try to land a Sg/Sf, someone like Obure or Winslow, maybe even Russell or Hezonja…
Korver and Carroll are great role players(Korver may be the best specialist in the NBA) but they need a Wing with some elite athleticism and 2 way potential(A Kawhi Leonard type IMO)
Winslow and Obure makes some sense IMO, I am just not a huge fan of JW and think Obure could jump into the Top 5 Mix after workouts…Hezonja would be the ideal consolation prize for the Hawks at 12…

HitsterParticipantPorzingas would be an interesting prospect given his length and size, sure he is really skinny but he could be worth a punt as the next good big man from Europe. The Spurs were never afraid to draft Euro guys and the Hawks are run by former Spurs men.
