 I’ll be honest I haven’t seen enough footage of him to make a clear cut decision and I might be wrong but I’d rank him 9 or 10 at this point. He needs to prove himself on the NBA stage before I move him up anywhere. However, I think he has what it takes if he is willing to work. 🙂

There are 12 guys here, how many rank higher than Dion Waiters entering the draft, if 3 are better than him, you don’t have to list them if you don’t want to, just say "He’s 4th" or "Theres 3 guys better" or just list the players if you want.

I don’t think he’s better than any of them. Westbrook played the two at UCLA and many people thought he was a reach at 4. Waiters is right up there though as far as collegiate careers.
