having melo,might stop rose

having melo, might stop rose from being aggressive and often defering to melo..the bulls should go after hamilton...but i doubt they'll take on his salary..they really need another guy that can create plays for others...dunleavy for gibson and pieces..would help both teams...

By Rose deferring he preserve

By Rose deferring he'll preserve his burst for the playoffs, so to view that as a downside is odd.

Atlanta has Bibby-Teague &

Atlanta has Bibby-Teague & Teague is the furture so it would be pointless to have him & Lawson.

Deng is good, but what

Deng is good, but what separates him and Anthony is obvious: one can put the ball on the floor; one is selfish; one can takeover a fourth-quarter. Therefore, your "Deng is balling" implication is moot.

regardless

Both of these trades make NO sense for the 3rd team involved so no chance on either.

those are both horrible trade ideas dc...

The Bulls have to trade the picks they own for a young scoring guard...James Johnson plus picks for a young Guard in the Mayo/JR Smith/Harden mold...Johnson for CDR would be a great deal too...the Bulls could keep the picks and cap space by not going for a Rip or Mayo type, CDR and Rose with Deng, Boozer and Noah in the starting line up with Watson, Brewer, Korver, Gibson and Thomas on the bench...keep the picks the draft another rebounded/ interior defender or best player available in the late 1st...bottom line no one is trading the farm for Carmelo...he and New York can wait...

scare crow

Yea I know but Iggy's trade value isn't overly high right now and it doesn't look like we are going to be a high pick team I am open to take on similar contracts that fill needs. But at the same time I really don't like Deng that much so I hear ya. I tried a trade to get us Nene instead of Birdman but it is really tough with Chicago cuz they don't have a ton of expiring contracts

i think were going to keep Iggy apb...

I'd rather keep him then trade him to a good team for garbage. Players and equally bad/long contracts..were better off with him...I'd love to get a great center that can actually defend the paint and score inside for Iguadola but since that's not happening, keep him here and develop Turner as the scorer we drafted him for...

I think it is Philly's best

I think it is Philly's best interest to trade Iggy for a couple of expiring to help Turner grow, Turner needs to ball in his hands, he's meant to be a playmaker. Iggy is the same, a playmaker. A Holiday, Turner, Young, Possibly Speights with Williams off the bench could grow into a very solid team. Iggy is only going to hamper Turner's development and confidence. Philly needs to start rebuilding,
