Jeff Green and Jared Sullinger for Greg Monroe and Jonas Jerebko(filler)

Detroit get to space the floor by having Josh Smith to the 4. Detroit plays much better defence with Josh and Andre at the 4-5. Jared Sullinger becomes the first big off of the bench and gives the bench a big scoring punch.

Boston gets the best player in this trade who they will have to pay for in the off season as he is a restricted free-agent. Greg Monroe becomes their Big Man to go with a core of Rajon Rondo, Avery Bradley, 2 first rounders this year, Kelly Olynyk.

 I see your point there but Drummond and Smith aren’t bad too. 

Sa thing is Monroe gets like 5 trade ideas a day while Josh Smith is the problem. Dumars was and still is an idiot. He had cap space for the first time in years and first thing he did is throw money at Josh Smith. I mean you have Drummond and Monroe who are both young talented and compliment each other okay at this stage of their careers. 

Dumars just had one priority last summer to either bring in another Star player if he wants to move Monroe OR develope Drummond AND Monroe into one of the best big men duo in the league. First thing he does is sign Smith to play the 3 or play him at the 4 where Monroe plays best. 

Hopefully Monroe will get traded that he doesn’t have to deal with this management anymore.

No way Celtics move Sully for Monroe. Sully is under control on his rookie deal Monroe is having a down year and is going to be a RFA who is going to command big dollars in the off season. Sully is probably the only guy they would not trade on their roster unless they are blown away. Sully is Bostons PF of the future
