    Jefferson for Ellis.

Projections: Golden State +4 Wins. Utah -3 Wins.

Golden State adds a solid PF/C in Jefferson. They’ll have great strength in their frontcourt with Jefferson, Lee, Biendris, and Udoh. Golden State can try to add Alec Burks or Klay Thompson to fill the void that Monta Ellis leaves.

Utah gets a scoring SG that they need. They can select Enes Kanter at #3 and Jimmer at #12. They would have a great backcourt with Harris, Ellis, and Jimmer and a solid frontcourt with Millsap, Favors, Kanter, and Okur (if Marcus Morris is available at 12 they should take Morris over Jimmer).

You cannot possibly really think that Jefferson and Lee in the same frontcourt would be anything but an utter disaster, could you?

Golden State could try to flip Lee for a defensive big or a draft pick to select a defensive big.

i wouldnt say its an utter disaster….. Jefferson isnt a bad defender(gets alot of blocks) and decent amount of strenth to hold down other centers … i think he can play the center position (espeically in the style that Warriors play)

just playing devils advocate i dont know

Jefferson is weak.  He needs an athlete next to him, hence Favors.  Lee is one of the worst defending 4’s in the NBA and needs someone like a fully effective Biedrins next to him.  And no one wants Lee’s ridiculous, bloated contract.

Actually, I take that back.  Lee might actually work well in Orlando, though lord knows what GS would get back that could possibly make it make sense.  I don’t see GS taking Hedo or Arenas.

Add Curry instead of Ellis, and maybe we can talk!
