Bacon hasn’t played anyone. Even Hield and Simmons have played better comp. I put Ellis on here because he has been huge against amazing comp.

Wallace is a tier below offensively if you go by PER/ORTG and Cal has a bad SOS.

Gbinije is reasonale. He is really old and plays in that 2-3 but reasonable.

Not sure what Gbinije’s age has to do with anything. The topic of the original post was Top NCAA players. Regardless of age he has been one of the best players this year. Syracuse is the only team to have two top 25 wins so far this year. Gbinije was excellent in both those games. In addition to the stats posted earlier, he is shooting 51% on his 3s. He has improved so much over the last couple of years.

If I’m comparing comparable players, the younger guy gets the nod.

     Actually,

    Wayne Selden Jr gets the nod over Ellis: 17 ppg, 135 ORTG, 24 PER, 16.5 AST%, 6 REB %, 1.8 STL%, 22 USG%, SOS 48

Demetrius Jackson and Allerick Freeman have been great against bad competition, much like Bacon, Hield and Simmons.
