Top NBA Players "A"

I thought I'd wait until the quiet part of the year on this site to post this, so anyway, during the school year, I compiled lists of best NBA players for each letter. My first list is for the letter A, by last names.

1. Kareem Abdul Jabbar
2. Ray Allen
3. Tiny Archibald
4. Paul Arizin
5. Carmelo Anthony
6. Mark Aguirre
7. Gilbert Arenas
8. Lamarcus Aldridge
9. Shareef Abdur Rahim
10. Alvan Adams

Do you agree with this list, and should I post all of the lists I made?

I like this idea haha. And

I like this idea haha. And your list is solid. Kenny and Nick Anderson both warrant consideration, and Michael Adams had a few spectacular years, but I think you're nearly spot on. And I think you should do each letter, one thread at a time.

Lew Alcindor should be #1, oh

Lew Alcindor should be #1, oh wait, haha

I'm think your list is pretty good. Gramps literally took all of my honorable mentions, props to him too

I was trying

I was trying to come up with some other honorable mentions, but the only ones I could muster up were Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf and Stacey Augman. Rauf had a good stretch from 1990 to 1997 all around. He ended his career shooting over 90% from the line. He also once scored 51 points in a game, and 20 assists in a different game, both in the same year. Augman wasn't much of a stats guy, but had a long career (1991 - 2006) and was a great defensive player. I in no way can make an argument to put them above anyone in your list though. This could be a great "one a day" fix to keep us occupied until the season starts!

I cant wait for J and O.

I cant wait for J and O.

Olajuwon VS O'Neal is always a good debate and seeing where you are going to be ranking Lebron in relation to Jordan and Magic is going to be controversial no matter what your order is.
