Top 5 Drafted. Good or Bad?
1.Hornets - Anthony Davis
2. Bobcats - MKG
3. Wizards - Thomas Robinson
4. Cavs- Bradley Beal
5. Kings - Harrison Barnes
I mean the Wizards taking another undersized gritty power forward just doesn't make sense... Also, Cleveland has made it very clear that they want Harrison Barnes. If Beal slips past Charlotte, he could slide all the way to Portland at 6
my top 5 looks like this
1) NO - Davis
2) CHA- Beal
3) WAS - Kidd-Gilchrist
4) CLE - Barnes
5) SAC - Robinson
I have to re-do my mock draft later tonight, but as far as I know, mine would look something like this:
Hornets: Anthony Davis (PF) - Kentucky
Bobcats: Thomas Robinson (PF) - Kansas
Wizards: Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (SF) - Kentucky
Cavaliers: Harrison Barnes (SF) - North Carolina
Kings: Andre Drummond (C) - Connecticut
1. Hornets - Anthony Davis
2. Bobcats - Thomas Robinson
3. Wizzards - Bradley Beal
4. Cavaliers - Harrison Barnes
5. Kings - MKG
it'll be interesting how many will turn out to be identical.. 2 to 5 though are very interchangeable, adding Drummond in the mix as well.
The Kings have already made it clear they want a "sure thing" and are probably not going to draft Drummond
I like that they have Terrance Jones going 7th to the Warriors. He is a perfect fit there and although some might see it as a reach I feel like if he slid out of the lottery he was easily the steal of the draft.
The Cavs loving Barnes could be a smoke screen and/or they are banking on the fact that MKG/Beal will be off the board by 4.
