machu46ParticipantI think this is the same 10 I’d put, except with CP3 instead of Gasol. In terms of order, I’d probably go:
- LeBron
- Durant
- Harden
- Westbrook
- Steph
- CP3
- Giannis
- Kawhi
- Unibrow
- Cousins

OhCanada-Participant1. LBJ
2.KD
3.Westbrook
4.Beard
5.Curry
6.Kawhi
7.CP3
8.Brow
9.Cousins
10.Lowry
11.Greek Freak
12.Butler
13.Thomas
14.Wall
15.DerozanGriffin is overrated and injury prone. Gasol seems to always be injured to kinda fragile or he would be top 10. George is having a bad year by his standards and is not playing at Derozan or Butlers level. Towns, Porzingis and Embiid should be on this list soon. Sorry Kemba. Love is playing great. Irving is probally 16 idk how he isn’t on my list. Hayward dissappears sometimes in key moments but is probally top 20 this year.

My top 8 are pretty much set in stone and have been for awhile now. After that, it’s kind of a crapshoot.

RUDEBOY_Participant1.lebron..how can anyone else be the top player in the world? this dude has been to 6 straight finals..when he left the cavs, they were a lotto team.when he came back, they made the finals..when he left the heat, they went from the finals to the lottery…
2.kd..after lebron, you can pick your poison..but im going with durant as the 2nd best player right now…
3.westbrook.
4.curry..
5.harden…
6.davis..might be higher on this list.but injuries to guys like holiday and his lack of a supporting cast hurts him..
7.cousins..
8.cp3..still 1 of the nba’s true floor generals…
9.marc gasol..memphis best player..gasol sets the tone for the grizzlies on both ends of the floor..
10.tie..the greek freak & kawhi leonard..leonard might be the nba’s best defender..and his offensive production has improved so much..but he still have problems creating for others and he isnt a great passer.. i think the assists he racks up come from the spurs system.. giannis has to be the nba’s most improved player and has improved his defense.. this guy should be an all star next month …

Jean_31Participant1- Lebron James
2- Kevin Durant
3- James Harden (Despite having the best season so far)
4- Russel Westbrook
5- Anthony Davis
6- Kawhi Leonard
7- Stephen Curry
8- Demarcus Cousins
9- CP3
10- Giannis or Lance Stephenson (not sure on this one)
This is based on who are the best player right now and not on who are playing the best right now ( James Harden and Russel would be 1 and 2)

OhCanada-ParticipantLowry is a better player than Derozan. Hes shooting ridiculous numbers as of late. Season averages of 23- ppg, 48-FG%, 46-3pt% with 3.5 made 3pt a game. Also 7 assists, 5 boards and 1.5 steals a game. Also he is doing this on a team that has Derozan a guy that scores 28-ppg and has a top 5 usage rating. Lowry has one of the lowest usage ratings amongst allstar gaurds. Derozan is my favourite player but Lowry is the man in Toronto right now and is having a season on par with Curry’s 1st MVP season.

Dale WorthingtonParticipantYou fellows are being laughably hard on Giannis. If we’re talking this year then he’s easily top 5.
24, 9, 6, and ELITE D.
Draymond is another guy I noticed that gets left off top 10 lists which is absurd. There’s more to basketball than just scoring. Draymond is an elite rebounder, a world class defender, and the best facilitating big in the game. Easily top 10.
As matter of fact RPM has Giannis #2 in the league and Draymond #5 in the league.
There’s more to hoops than just scoring.
Without further adieu, here is me list:
1) CP3
2) Giannis
3) LeFraud
4) Lowry
5) Draymond
6) Butler
7) Westbrook
8) Harden
9) Curry
10) Durant

Hype MachineWorthington, I’m surpried at your audacity regarding LeFraud.
You put your reputation on the line when you embarked on your Anti Lebron crusade last season….
I think you owe the draftnet community an explaination given how events transpired.

Dale WorthingtonParticipantHaha, partner, will do! The name doesn’t have to do with his play, as much as it has to do with fraudulent behavior (i.e., being passive-aggressive by unfollowing the Cavs yet pretending it was so he could "focus" on the playoffs, treating his teammates poorly, lying about getting Blatt fired, flopping, etc). The guy is a phony through and through. Will do anything for attention.
