imagine that talent in the wide open system of orlando
Depending on who Orlando gets to coach next season he could be lethal there. If they keep the tempo up and the floor spaced (someone like D'Antoni) Wroten would beast with room to attack the rim and passing lanes with those knock down shooters. I didn't even think about that fit, but it could be a very good one. Especially if Jameer opts out their need will go up.
I mean T-Wrotez can't shoot but imagine him driving and dishing to redick, richardson, anderson, turkoglu and nelson... 3's FOR DAYS
But I think its a bit high . I dunno maybe later down the line
Yeah I said this a while back, only team in the first round with a need at PG that could select him without it being a reach or a steal. Perfect fit and draft position for Wroten.
However, after a lockout extended summer and a rushed training camp, the right knee flared up just one month into season. He took time off, missing four games, as he got the swelling under control and reconditioned his body.
Gasol has played extensively in the preseason in the absence of Howard, who still hasn't debuted for the Lakers midway through the preseason despite participating in every practice. Although the former Orlando center feels no pain in his surgically repaired back, Howard insists he won't return until he's completely healthy, but won't speculate on when it might happen.k67676
It was a frustrating time for Evans, the vice president of the National Basketball Players Association, and the rest of the NBPA’s executive committee. However, after 160 stressful days, the two sides would agree to a deal and ratify a new collective bargaining agreement to save the 2011-12 NBA season.o789o7897
Houston Rockets big man Greg Smith is facing the same sort of challenges that Gerald Green faced earlier in his career, but he’s not quite as far along in getting himself a guaranteed contract. In fact, Smith was invited to Rockets camp last year as well, but was cut three days before Christmas and the start of the 2011-12 lockout-shortened season.bdsfgsdfg
“It is a process for a rookie,” Casey said. “He is not that far behind because the one thing he can do that makes up for a multitude of sins is he can shoot the ball at the end of the day and that’s part of the process too.

As we all know, Dwight Howard will more than likely be traded out of Orlando. Thats for starters. Due to the fact that he only has 1 year left on his contract and he doesn't make any committments for long-term deals, his trade probaly won't land Orlando another star in return. And Orlando never land big name free-agents (t-Mac and grant hill are the only ones i can remember) That leaves the city thirsty for another star. Insert Tony Wroten.
Wroten is expected to be a mid-first round pick due to his weaknesses such as shooting and turnovers. But IMO his strengths such as passing ability, athleticism, ballhandling, etc... outweight those setbacks. On talent alone, he is a top 5 pick and on a team like Orlando who is going to lose their star and has a new coach, that type of talented rookie will have all the freedom too shine, John Wall being a great example. I think the floor spacing in Orlando with all of their shooter will give wroten all kinds of iso room which is something he excels at. Also, the pick&roll/pop with Big Baby and Ryan Anderson would be lethal with Wroten. And if Dwight somehow stays, watch out.
I could see Wroten averaging 17.5 points and 8.4 assist per game on that team
