Just thought I would post the like to this. Tim Grover has some pretty good quotes. I’m going to try and live by some of these.
I like the one "If you eat, sleep and train right then you will never need caffeine" this is very true because I feel that a lot of people drink coffee and soda and things like that when they do not really need to if they just followed those three things.
There is a lot of other great quotes though besides this one.
Its all mental, Im currently doing this thing where I gave up soda for 6months, I thought it was going to be hard especially since I drank like 6 cups a day, but once I started it was really easy, and I feel much better now that I dont drink it.
I haven’t drank soda in 4 years. All I drink is tea, lemonade, gatorade, and juice. No energy drinks, no carbonated water, no soda, RARELY drink beer.
