thoughts on my expansion franchise team please

I tried to stick to the rules as mentioned in the other thread and I also tried to find gems that arent currently playing major minutes so they wouldnt be thought of as one of their teams top 8 players.

my two draft picks were jimmer yeah I know hes struggling hes also a new point guard thats being excluded by his teammates but I think in time he will be the new mark price

second round draft pick last year- was chandler parsons

rest of the team looks like this pg donald sloan - guy is a bowling ball of a pg

pg- jeremy lin- very smart unselfish team player good shooter

sg- reggie williams can literally do it all

sam young- dunk highlight waiting to happen

jeremy evans- same thing

brendan wright- talented but needs another new start and opportunity

my pfs are kevin seraphin, demarre carroll, and jeff adrien

my centers are gustavo ayon , nikola pekovic, semih erden and omer asik

I think this team would win 20 games its first year and with a lottery pick get the shooting guard it needs and be in the playoffs the next year.

Hey

The Department of Sanitation called. They said they wanted to come clean up this S*** of a team.

Who's gonna score? Who's gonna defend on the perimeter? Jimmer? No and no.

last time I looked jimmer and reggie williams

didnt have problems hitting open shots and your going to have four players attacking the rim with this team at once most of the time id say points arent the problem, and sam young gets his fair share of steals too

imo

I don't think that team would win more than 3 games in an 82 game schedule.

hmm

Let's compare this team to, say, the Hornets, whom we can all agree are one of the league's worst teams.

C-Kaman/Okafor vs. Your guys-Hornets dominate

PF-Landry/Smith vs. Your guys-Hornets much better

SF-Ariza/Aminu vs. Your guys-toss-up

SG-Gordon/Belinelli vs. Williams-Hornets

PG-Jack and scrubs vs. Jimmer and scrubs-toss-up

No Lottery pick SG is gonna save this team from a fiery demise

You could have just posted it

You could have just posted it on the active forum about an expansion franchise. Here's mine I posted on that thread a couple hours ago.

Richard Jefferson- This may be a bit of a stretch, but I think the Spurs would protect Danny Green, Tiago Splitter, Gary Neal, and Leanord over him, adn if not, I would take one of the aforementioned players.

James Jones- I'm assuming that the Heat would keep their big in Joel Anthony, and keep Mike Miller over him, so Jones has to go, but he would get a well deserved chance to show he can be a starter in this league.

Shane Battier- He also goes in this scenario, assuming that the Heat protect The Big three, Cole, Chalmers, Haslem, Miller, and Anthony.

Reggie Williams- He's on the Bobcats, and hasn't even played a minute this year, and I think he can give me some solid scoring in limited minutes.

Josh Selby- Assuming they take Darrell Arthur and Pondexter over him, than he'll be the odd man out, he gives you some potential for the future and some youth.

Derrick Character- Just looking for a young big, he would be availible.

Travis Leslie- He'll be a guy you can develop, and he'll be there.

Trey Thompkins- Need some more bigs, a young guy that has some height, can give you some good minutes.

Luke Babbit- A jumpshooting 6-9 foward, he may develop, but just trying to find a diamond in the rough

Earl Clark- An athletic big, young, thought that he would breakout and be a solid contributor for the Suns, but I guess not.

Jodie Meeks- This seems like a stretch, but as long as the 76ers take Vucevic(they will) and Thadeous Young OR Elton Bradn, Meeks would be availible.

Jeremy Tyler- I hope my Dubs keep him, but at this point they wouldn't, so he would be a good pickup.

Timothy Mosgov- The Nuggets are so loaded, someone including Mosgov and someone else would availible, and Mosgov has showed in limited time that in time he can be a servicable rookie.

This team is terrible, but has some promising prospects. I tried to have some vets while having some younger energy guys. I would draft Harrison Barnes with my top pick. This team is mainly full of unproven guards and bigs with veteran wings on the decline.

He might be proud of some

He might be proud of some accomplishments of theirs, not just the fact that they exist.
