Lebron: Needs 5 or more game winning baskets/and or plays( assists, rebounds steals) to improve his confidence for the tight games in the Playoffs.  Also, a me1st mentality to take over in the 4th quarters of those games

Melo Needs: To defer to teammates & to be a Co-Leader in the Locker Room with Amare.

KD Needs: Strength. He has to get stronger, he should dedicate an offseason & gain 10# of muscle. Because Grizz showed teams how to defend KD with physical play.

DGranger: Needs Better shot selection, leadership, be more consistent. He is the Best player on the Pacers, if he truly lives up to his potential this year coupled with the $$$ the Pacers have This could be a scary team

RGay. He has a complete game IMO 1st time he played less than 80 games in his career was last year.

LDeng: Needs Stay healthy, he is a consistent 16-18ppg type of guy that is vital as the 2nd/3rd option for a Chip team. Plus i think  he played 4,000 minutes last year. The Bulls have to find a way to bring in a backup SF.

DWright: He was a surprise player last year has a relative cheap contract. Pat Riley really liked this kid, took him awhile to produce but when he finally got the minutes last year he showed he belonged in the L.    11/12 outlook &  Needs: One more consistent season to prove that last year was not a fluke year. Maybe rebounding & midrange game can use more attention. However, he is a great catch & shoot guy, who will kill you from 3point range.

Once again i forgot any add some

    thanks

The Bulls brought in the kid Jimmy Butler from the draft, Luol will get more rest.

Nicolas Batum: Still a very raw but very good player but it’s sad to say he needs to improve almost everything. He is still very skinny 6’8 only 200 pounds. Batum should honestly just become a gym rat working on his strength and shooting. He could easily become a 20 point per game scorer, even though Gerald Wallace is now blocking his way into the starting line up.

Michael Beasley: Get serious about basketball. So much talent and in a great situation where he has tons of freedom and minutes. Stop smoking weed and getting into fights or even minnesota wont want you.

Danillo Gallinari: Stay healthy and continue improving all aspects of your game. good size with decent athleticism so he needs to be playing D and rebounding. Continued improvement in his offensive arsenal will only help in denvers fast paced offense.

Kevin Durant: get tougher, get a killer instinct and demand the ball in crunch time.  Work on defense, rebounding, and passing out of double teams.  He needs to watch some Michael Jordan highlights because he can be a 6’9 Michael Jordan.

Rudy Gay: get healthy.  He can score whenever he wants to so he needs to get his offense in the flow of the game and be assertive in crunch time.  He has already hit several game winning shots and buzzer beaters in his career.  He could be the 3rd best small forward next year behind only LeBron and Durant.  I think his athleticism can put him slightly ahead of Carmelo Anthony.  Plus, Rudy Gay is younger.

LeBron James: work in the post.  Develop the mid-range fallaway that MJ and Karl Malone had.  Practice defensive drills.  If he can be Scottie Pippen with defense, passing, and ball handling with MJ’s scoring prowress then he will still be THE player to be feared in the NBA.  He can’t worry about stats.  He is already a top 25 player ever and only winning championships will put him into the Top Ten.

Luol Deng: he could also work on his post-up game.  He has good size and good length and basketball smarts.  The Bulls lack a post-up threat (Noah isn’t a scorer and Boozer relies more on mid-range shots), and Deng could be that guy.  Work on fadeaways and turnaround jumpers.  Try the drop step and possibly a jump hook.  Getting into the post more will also get the other guys in foul trouble and will get Deng more trips to the line.  He also needs to get going early in the game to take some pressure off of Derrick Rose.  If he works on his post game then he can get 6 points on post-ups, 6 points on free throws which will give him 12 points a night even if his jumpers aren’t falling.  If he can get 6-8 on mid-range jumpers then that would give him 18-20 points a night.  If his 3 ball is falling then he could get closer to 30 a night.  Deng can be a TRUE second option and that would really help Chicago a lot.  That would take scoring pressure off of Boozer, Taj, Korver, and the rest of the Bulls.

Carmelo Anthony: get in better shape.  Work on post-skills.  Do defensive drills since the Knicks need to improve on defense.

He is a tweener but he will play more SF with the arrival of Vucevic. He needs to improve upon his ball handling on the perimeter, foot speed, defensive rebounding ability, and developing a consistent jumper. Basically the same things since he came into the L.
