If I’m the Pacers I’m taking the chance on another high risk, high reward guard in the form of former 2009 11th overall pick, Terrence Williams. Williams is very talented much like Lance Stephenson, as he’s a great rebounder for his position, can facilitate, can get a rebound and ignite a break coast to coast, ultra athletic, powerful chiseled frame, hard slasher, fancy passing with flair, and overall has a good all-around game, but from his short tenure with the Nets and with Avery Johnson, T-Will was dubbed to be unprofessional. Terrence Williams developed a rep for constantly appearing practice late and back talking Avery Johnson. Since his tenure with the Nets he hasn’t really gotten another shot to show himself in NBA, aside from his stint in the NBA D-League. If I’m the Pacers I’m signing the former lottery pick out of Louisville to a modest contract, that’s incentive based and non guaranteed, instead of settling on the incumbent Rodney Stuckey. Terrence Williams and Lance Stephenson game’s and body are a clone, the Pacers wouldn’t miss a beat with T-Will.

I agree to not bringing in Stuckey, but bringing in Terrance Williams? Might as well bring in Sean Williams to protect the rim.

The Pacers need someone who can put the ball through the hole.  Terrence Williams is a career 41% shooter and has a career average of 7 ppg.  Now, I loved Williams as a player coming out of Louisville.  But he in no way helps Indiana.  They need someone who can score, Williams can’t.

Looks like Stuckey has been signed to one year deal.

Hope he is the 6th man and let CJ start as a floor spacer, I have always felt that Stuckey could be a good 6th man. Will be interesting to see what he can do on a winning team and it actually makes the Pacers bench better than it has been in a long while haha. (Silver lining? Maybe? Who am I kidding)

Nice idea but isn’t Williams a true SF? I know Terrence was a walking half tripple double but a SG with distribution skills or finally a true point guard would be a better option to me even no one available comes to my mind.

What is the deal with Evan Turner?
