What's everyone Stats?
Weight: 170 lbs
Vert: Not sure, I'd say below average though.. Still can dunk.. But not as easily as I have been able to before college...
Bench Press: 185 x 14 as of the weight room yesterday
Lane Agility: not sure, I've had a lot of sprained ankles so my side - to - side quickness has really suffered the last couple years. (below average?)
3/4court sprint: not sure, I am pretty quick in a straightline though, so I'd say above average.
Height: 6'1 w/ shoes.
Verts: Never tested my vert, look at my weight though, can't jump very high haha.
Bench Press: 185 x 22
Max Bench: 415
Lane Agility: I have the agility of Eddy Curry.
3/4 court sprint: I'm slow.
Basically I'm all size and strength, too bad I'm not like 6'8-6'10. Regardless of my height I've always played Power Forward.
Pull ups: 21"
If you can do 21 pull ups I guarantee you can do well over 100 pushups.
"If you can do 21 pull ups I guarantee you can do well over 100 pushups."
That is not true, at some point I could do 20 pull ups and just 40-45 push ups, it's just different muscles. Depends on what you practice more. It's just that I enjoy doing different stuff on the horizontal bar, such as this (that's not me):
I'm very light so it's easier for me of course.
That's weird because it's the exact opposite for me. I could probably rattle off 100 push ups after not training for a few months, but not come close to 20 pull ups. Thanks for the correction.

No Step Vert--around 26''
Max Vert--around 28''
Bench Press(185)-- zero..... i can barely bench 110 pounds
I'm a former high jumper too. 6'9'' is damn good, man. My best was 6'6'' in practice and 6'4'' in a meet. You mean University of Maryland? because I'm sure you've gotten quite a few D1 offers with a 6'9'' jump. I got one D1 letter from Wichita State and considered that good enough to retire my track and field career, lol. When I look back, I kinda wish I would have stuck with track in college, but my head wasn't in it at the time.
Do you do triple jump and long jump too?
Standing Reach-maybe 6'8"
No step vert-maybe 15 inches
Max vert- maybe 20 inches
Bench Press-I really dunno
40 yd dash-5.6 seconds lol
mile time-about 8 minutes
I wasn't jumping 6'9 coming out of high school I did it recently in practice. I'm not a high jumper I have ok technique I'd say it was luck really. But a lot of coaches consider me damaged goods since I've been in college for 2 years already and won't take a chance on me even thou I have all my years of elgibilty. The only reason I got a offer from Maryland was because of somebody I knew but it didnt fall through. I currently run unattached and probably will walk on somewhere next semester.
Oh, I gotcha. That's cool, I'm sure with your athletic ability any coach would atleast grant you a try out. Yeah, I see now you're sub 50 seconds in the 400 M, so I'm guessing that is your best event. I really enjoyed track and feild ( I did high jump, triple jump and long jump), I wasn't as passionate about it as I was basketball, but best of luck to you man.

I don't handle the ball at all either. I think I'd average more than a turnover a minute if I played point.
