The real story of this game (and of the Jazz’ struggles this season) is that they cannot guard the 1.  Every explosive 1 blows us up.  And this problem is amplified by teams that effectively run the pick and roll against Jefferson/Harris.  Jefferson’s great at what he does, but he’s too slow too often there.  And Harris has the speed to keep up, but he doesn’t.  He is just a bad defender–cannot stay in front of anyone.

The Jazz need a pg that can distribute and play D.  When they get that, they’ll contend.
