valentineA couple of people on here said he would dominate if he played in the NBA this year,Others (clipper fans) said he could come and contribute alot and possibly start. I still think he would struggle in the NBA and his summer leauge play did nothing to change my thought.

Mr.Knick 32ParticipantI thought noone was bring him up again.
He looked like a terrible version of Tractor Taylor. Sorry Clips fan but he’s a role player at best. People don’t even know but he lost like 35 pounds already.

IndianaBasketballParticipantHe could be a good role player in the NBA. He needs to lose more weight and work on his endurance.
He didn’t have a great summer league, but I saw what makes him interesting. He has great hands and feet, plus he’s as strong as a bull. He made some good passes as well.

ChewyParticipantThere will always be a need for big men (specificlly round, not tall big men). Would he be able to guard Shaq or Howard? Of course not, but he would be able to give six hard fouls and keep eithier of them from getting an And1. In the process of the 6 fouls he will pick up a few rebounds here and there too.

fliptonnParticipanthah i used to love this guy the year he was drafted. i think he couldve been good if he came in when drafted and developed in the league but its clearly too late now

stanford hoopsYea but there are many better big men out there who can give six hard fouls

JNixonParticipantI wouldn’t dare let him SNIFF the NBA…I watched them play and nothing about him was NBA caliber. That guy is not an NBA player

ghettosermonParticipantHe’s actually a very solid player. He doesn’t necessarily translate to the NBA but he does have some skills to get him some run in the NBA. He sets strong screens, he knows how to roll and has good hands. Unfortunately he has no lift. Not a good ball handler. Not a reliable mid range shot, and not a great rebounder despite his size. He can try to body the Dwight Howard and Andrew Bynum’s of the world.

Afactor4ParticipantI understand that the Summer League wasn’t the best place for a player like Sofo to shine, but i can’t see him being any better than the recently resigned Craig Smith.
He is deceptively athletic, sort of, but c’mon even DeAndre Jordan seemed better in the post during the SL. That’s a bit too much to handle.

PureshooterParticipantYeah, he isn’t terrible, but he really needs to shed about 40 pounds. He didn’t really look very aggressive either.
