shabazz muhammad is the real deal holyfield!!

#1 shabazz fan hear. i can't wait to see him star in the nba for all the haters out there. give it 2 or 3 years and he will be the best 2-guard in the nba. and since when is 20 an old man, he has great work ethic and a great motor. with a little refinment in his skills and a nba off season of conditioning and watch out. everyone will see. he put up huge numbers against the combo of julius randle and mickey mitchell. also he scored 35 at the nike hoops summit game against wiggins. i would praise his dad for what he did, he helped him overcome a problem and gave him what he needed to be the most successful person he could be. thats a good father.

Hold on a minute. Who are we

Hold on a minute.

Who are we to judge who's a bad father and who's a good father? We are nobody to say that somebody is a terrible father, at least he's there for him. Sure, he did some shady things but at the end of the day it was for the betterment of his son. To sit there and say somebody is a bad father it ridiculous. Sure, he has different methods that we might not agree with and he's done some things way out of the ordinary but at the end of the day, he's been there for him and has helped him in his career.

Who are you to judge him and say he's a bad father?

The fact that both of you got

The fact that both of you got negs for different sides of the argument pretty much tells me that this topic has gone to hell.

thank you

i don't know his dad, but the fact that his son went from having something most people make fun of to being a potential nba lottery pick says he must be doing something right.

back to the original topic

the reasons he has future star written all over him is because of skill, extream work ethic, and ultra competitive mentality.

How is he better than

Oladipo? Besides his left hand. They are the same age.

Oladipo

Has a better NBA game to me. Bazz is Jeff Green with less explosiveness. He tends to go to his dominant hand ALL the time. He is not as big as Jeff Green either. Not as fast. I think your too high on him. I do believe he will be a solid Pro who will play very well with star players as long as he plays his part.

If Shabazz Muhammad had

If Shabazz Muhammad had "extream work ethic," I think he would have looked in better shape this year. Plus, he is too much of a project to be a top SG soon (and I doubt he will ever be a top 5 SG). His understanding of the game is too limited. He doesn't seem to space the floor well, even though he shoots well enough to do so if he cared to, and his passing ability is extremely poor. I say he looks like Corey Maggette, but will take a few years to get big minutes in the NBA.

Shabazz is 2-3 years older than all of those guys. Scoring against them doesn't necessarily inspire confidence in his NBA potential to me...

bazz does have an extreme

bazz does have an extreme work ethic and that is great but a lot of people in the nba have a good work ethic. I dont think he will be a bust but at the same time there's nothing in my mind that makes me think he will be a star. Im thinking a solid 6-8 year career in the NBA
