Please rank these SF players and how well do you think they will go in the pros ?

Josh Jackson, Jason Tatum, Miles Bridges, Justin Jackson, Semi Ojeleye.

    Here I go:

1 – Josh Jackson – I really like him and think he will be a good pro. Good defender, can guard SG, Sf and PF. May never be a 25-30ppg alpha dog but he will be a good pro. 15-20p.6-7r.4-5a with some blocks n steals… Iggy/Gerald Wallace type

2 – Jayson Tatum – very smooth. Should be an NBA starter 15+ppg

3 – Justin Jackson – Good defender, can guard Sg & Sf. He has a quick release, can move without the ball catch and shoot and has a nice mid range game. Moves very well for a guy 6″8. I think he can be a borderline starter in the league 10-15ppg. Currently ranked 28th on here, I currently having him sneaking into the lottery.

4T – Miles Bridges – Athletic, can block shots and had some spectacular dunks. Alot of his points are either made dunks or the open 3, but not much else. 39% from 3 is good. I didn’t see him too often attack the basket, drive/penetrate and saw no mid range game or contested shots. I think he will be a 8-14ppg pro. will have same sort of value as Josh Smith, Aaron Gordon, James Johnson. Sort of a 3 and D athletic guy, I don’t think he has enough tools to be a 20+ppg all-star.

4T – Semi Ojeleye – One of my favourites. Can do a bit of everything. quick, agile and strong. Skilled and a darkhorse to be a solid NBA pro.

     1. Josh Jackson- I think he will be better than Iggy, i think iggy is his floor but i can see him being a franchise player.

    2. Tatum- Personally i love the danny granger comp and thats the career i see with him.

    3. Ojeleye- I love this kid, reminds me of jimmy butler at marquette. Butler played PF and even Center at marquette and there about the same size. Semi is built like a tank i can really see him becoming butler ONLY  IF he continues working hard.

4a Bridges- I have a hard time with him because some people say his shot isnt good but others say its good, he is super athletic tho. He may have a hard time finding a postion because hes really not that fast and isnt freakishly long.

4b. Justin Jackson- He didnt really play well in the championship, but he made plays

on defense, his shot really needs to translate if he wants to be a good player.

The only thing seperating Bridges and Ojeyele is age. Very similar players but Miles was able to produce much quicker at this level and has shown the mentality to want to be a go to guy.

    1-Josh Jackson

    2-Jayson Tatum

    3-Myles Bridges

    4-Semi Ojeyele

    5-Justin Jackson

     1. Jo. Jackson – Shawn Marion on defense, on off the ball plays and on the boards but show flashes of also offensive elite, glimpses of being able taking over a game a la Clyde The Glide…

    2. Tatum – i think he’s a sure thing high level player, great size, smothness and feel, remind me the most Steave Smith with a little Jamal Mashburn…

    3. Bridges – getting a little underrated, his physics, shooting, will make him produactive, could be Harison Barnes type impact player, i’m hearing Sacramento plennning drafting him in the lottery to be future replacment for Rudy Gay…

    4. Ju. Jackson – a gamer and very nice role player, a poor man Sean Elliott…

    5. Ojeyele – score in college mostley by over powering guys, i question very much his iq and feel for the game, i don’t see him having much positive effect on a team, more as empty numbers guy, remind me Jeff Green…

Jackson – my no1 pick all year

Bridges – Truly one f my fave prospect in this draft. Others may be more productive iut the gate but in 2/3 years I cant see him not being a ttwo way beast on the wing

Tatum – Really was not a fan but he impressed me this year  and was much more of an all around player than I gave him credit for.

Ojeleye – Hes a bit stiff but I like his intensity and athletism

Jackson – I see him just settling into a role as a shooter, probaby of the bench maybe play a little 2 . Softest of the bunch as well as least athletic and weakest

I really didn’t like Tatum that much coming out  and compared him to Otto Porter who was struggling at the time. I thought JoshJ would for sure go above him, and possibly Bridges (who I had a thread about mentioning the small drop of talent between these wings). Tatum impressed towards the end of the season, I caught ONE game where he lit it up and I was telling my homeys that I liked what I had seen from him.

After that game, he flipped the switch. He looked so comfortable pulling up from middies, which is something Dukes system doesn’t even highlight (pull up middies). He started being aggresive in the fastbreak, finesse finishes at the rim , finger rolls. He just looks so much more offensively polished than the rest of this group. I firmly believe he’s one guy who’s offensive skillset will allow to succeed albeit his lack of explosive first step. He can pull up from anywhere and has sauce with the handles.

    1- Tatum

    2- Josh J

    3- Bridges

    Drop off

    4- Justin Jackson
