I know we have had a lot of topics on this guy and the thunder as well, but I was just wondering, don’t you think he should be the starting center of the future rather than Mullens? I mean yeah Mullens is a 7 footer, but he is really soft compared to Serge. Plus, when Serge got extended minutes against LA, he had 11, 13, and 5 blocks. His athleticism is rediculous, and I think that he can be a really good fit as a Starter. Thoughts?

He’s listed at 6’10 235…though it’s probably 6’10 in socks, 235 seems kind of small for a C…seems like more of a pf who can play some time at the C.

But he should definitely 15-20mins a game…he’s been doing well, and collison and etan thomas’ numbers havn’t been very good so far.

He’s not ready for big minutes, but he should get DNP-CD or less than 18 minutes.

I believe he and DJ White are the Thunder’s best big men, but vets will get the call over underrated youth.

his arms are long though thats what really matters with playing center. there are plenty these days who play it at that height or shorter and zo was 6’10 and played it very well. hes definitely athletic enough to play it. not as a starter or much more then hes playing now

I say he can play center, he was always intriguing as an athlete. But like someone said, he has the length, his best game was against the lakers, i mean thats probably the longest front court in the league, and also one of the most talented front courts if not the most talented so. yea give him time, i’m thinking he can be a better samuel dalembert.
