Lotto StudParticipantWith all the hype surrounding Bassy out of HS, who would have ever thought he would just become just a journeyman in the league?
I always thought Portland taking him over Jameer Nelson was a big mistake, but he isn’t even known for being a solid back-up around the league. It’s a shame for a once promised player who was the first ever player under 6’0” from HS to go in the Lottery not to pan out like everyone thought he would.

I May Be WrongParticipanta year or two may have been better for him at Louisville and while he has had a few decent seasons in the league, he just has not taken that extra step to be a starter in the league that we all expected from him.

LAKE SHOWActually there were a couple of teams who thought he wouldn’t do much in the NBA because of his size and the fact that he couldn’t shoot. It was a surprise to many teams when he was taken as high as he was taken
