So now that the NBA has finally released the ROY award, I can finally finalize our prediction game. Here’s a link to the post where we made our predictions: http://www.nbadraft.net/forum/season-picks-game-20152016.

So let’s see who was right and who was wrong (this post can be used for saying I TOLD YOU SO! or I KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO BE GOOD/BAD as it is proof).

Beast of the East: Kinguy11, Zouldiers, and Toronto16 (last years winner) all received 33 points for their eastern standings predictions. Highlights include Kinguy11 and Zouldiers spotting Indiana correctly and Kinguy11 getting the 13th, 14th, and 15th placed teams correctly.

Least in the East: Sadly (haha!), T Rex only scored 15 points for his eastern predictions. His undoing mainly came from having Boston finishing first….

Best in the West: trelos6 came out on top with a high scoring of 34 points for western predictions. How he got there: had the top 4 correct (had OKC and San Antonio swapped).

Suppressed in the West: Following up his great East predictions, Toronto16 fell off the wagon in the west, managing only 17  points.

Outstanding in Standings: Combining the East and West predictions scores, we have a tie! Kinguy11 and Zouldiers are leading the way at 64 as we go into the awards and stat predictions!

Crawling through Standings: Bringing up the rear is everyone’s favorite T Rex as well as nbadraft old timer TaylorCondrin (shame on you) at only 44 points.

Top Award for Awards: sitlbito topped the charts with 12 points. He had all the winners (except ROY, which he didn’t put an answer in for) within his 3 guesses.

Awardless Wonders: Both Toronto16 and myself (dmo21) did not guess 1 award winner correctly (I am very ashamed in myself).

Best Stats of Stats: Surprsingly, RUDEBOY tops the charts here with 10 points. It’s surprising as he only guessed 1 person per stat while the rest of us guessed 3 players for each stat.. Mad props.

Bunch of people only got 3 points for stat leaders and I don’t wanna write them all out. This is getting lengthy anyways.

Overall Nostradamus Rankings:

Bronze Medal: trelos6 with a total of 69 points.

Silver Medal: Kinguy11 with a total of 71 points.

Gold Medal: Congratulations to Zouldiers and his whopping 81 points.

AND……….

The Mega Loser Award (your word means nothing on this site until you redeem yourself!):

TaylorCondrin and his weak 53 points.
