 I think the Cavs would have a similar use for him that the Pistons have, but I think they’re in different positions.  I feel like the Cavs are under much more pressure to win now from ownership than the Pistons are.  Whereas the Pistons were in a simlar position last year, I think Gores understands it might take a year or two from here on out; I don’t believe Gilbert has the same patience, which could cost Cleveland long term if things don’t pan out in the short run.  The Cavs are probably better off with someone like CJ Wilcox or Jabari Brown who can contribute right away at the NBA level.
