I really think they should get rid of Skiles (im a bucks fan) regardless if they make the playoffs or not .. They made them two years ago and for me nothing has really changed except for the trade … if they would get rid of him who do you think is a suitable coach for their roster ?

I for one think he’s a good coach.  When you see what he’s been able to do the last couple of years with guys under-performing (Corey Maggette and John Salmons) and guys over-performing (Ersan Ilyasova, Carlos Delfino, Drew Gooden) and the injury to Bogut, he has still been able to keep this team competitive.

He gets the most out of his players and he hasn’t had many good players come his way.

 But taking into consideration their current roster, they are suited to a run and gun style (D´Antoni), Jennings and Monta are extremely quick, Ersan and Delfino have good jumpers, and the bigs, well are just average at best. Also Skiles is playing them in a high tempo. 

I dont see any excellent finisher to play the pick and roll efectively, as Mike Dántoni loves to do, so changing Skiles for Mike D may add a few more Wins at best but never have a shot to be solid playoff contenders. (without considerable roster changes)

the gm and scouts have to take some of the blame.  that team on paper looks like garbage but have managed to stay afloat.  the guys drafting are great at 2nd round picks (ersan, sessions, mbah a moute, meeks) but has really struck out with some of their first rounders (yi, joe alexander, larry sanders).  can’t really hate on them for drafting bogut or jennings though.
