    I saw him playing for the Bulls in summer league.

    He’s undersized but plays with a low center of gravity, he can bang with taller players in the post and has some athleticism. The Bulls have Joakim Noah, Taj Gibson, Carlos Boozer and added Omar Asik last week. Could Samuels get on the Bulls roster and be someone who could get some spot PT?

    Also, cannot wait to post more. I had a past account but forgot the pass (Roselupe1) and I’m ready to discuss not only Chicago but all basketball!

    I hope he does, the guy has good potential if you ask me. He could turn into a JJ Hickson.

    he has about the same body as Hickson, not a bad comparison. He lacks the mid-range game of Hickson though. He’s more of a banger inside, it’s hard to compare him to anyone at this point. He seems to understand the game well. It’d be nice to see him make a roster somewhere, I like this kid, so much potential at Louisville, never really reached it though…

    Dude JJ Hickson is a monster athlete samuels plays below the rim…i’d compare him to leon powe

    I like the Powe comparison better actually, didn’t think of him…same style of play, inside bangers with very limited mid-range game…

    Powe, after the knee injuries maybe. To me, he reminds me of Boozer during his days at Duke.

    Not quite Boozer, he was a beast at Duke, Samuels didn’t nearly put up the numbers Booz did…the Powe comparison is spot on…
