He looks like debo from the fridays....either way its just a bad picture if you search steve francis china he looks completely different. In this one it looks like he shaved his head and the light makes him look older.

And yes I know Kobe was drafted by the Hornets, but techniacally the Hornets were drafting for the Lakers, a deal was already in place when they picked Kobe, and I forgot for a second that Steve Francis was drafted by the Vancouver Grizzlies
