Mr. 19134ParticipantSo first he gives his first round pick Craig Brackins this year away for Willie Green
Then he trades a 2nd round pick for Curtis Jerrells.
Chris Paul now knows he is serious about winning…

Mr.Knick 32ParticipantNew Orleans will have cap space for 2011 tho
Green-3 mil
West- 9 mil
Peja- 14 mil
They can be players if they find someone to take Okafor, which I think NY should look at seriously.

HitsterParticipantOkafor to the Knicks would bne a good fit but would surely revolve around any CP3 move as trading Okafor would signal that NOH were going to rebuild and thus CP3 was likely to move on. Also the Knicks would surely only take on Okafor’s contract if CP was in the trade as regardless of what Okafor could offer them defensively his big contract would put a big hole in the cap space they will have next summer.
If the Knicks cannot get anything from Curry’s expiring deal then maybe swapping him for Peja might be an option as Peja’s shooting would surely suit Coach D’Antoni’s system and NOH would save useful money salarywise.
NOH will revolve around CP but they will surely need to resign David West next summer assuming he opts out if he has another 18 to 20 ppg season as he is their 2nd main offensive weapon after CP3 and if he moves on then CP3 will surely be less inclined to stay at NOH.
Jerrells gives NOH a back up PG option and teams like the Spurs tend to extract good value from the 2nd round of the draft so future picks are always useful to them.
