I just tried to do a little research on NBA rookies with signature shoes……To be techinical no rookie has not had a signature shoe named after them since KD in ’07…….Wall may have inked a deal with Reebok last year, but I don’t see that as being considered his signature shoe. He did not get the Iverson luxury of it being named after him, multiple reebok endorsers wore the shoe also this year, he was just the face to sell it. Jennings is in the same boat with Wall, although no other player wears Under Armour, if he is the face of your company why is his name not on his shoe. DRose with Adidas, well that is a given. I just don’t ever see any player with them having a shoe without it saying Adidas instead of it just having the player’s name. IMO if those guys are the most marketable players from their class, they should at least have the luxury of having their shoes named after them.

When will the next time we see a rookie with a signature shoe named after them & which player do you see having 1?
