I don’t know about you guys, but I have a feeling this is going to be one of the best Rising Stars Challenges in a long time. Here are the rosters:

    Team USA

    Donovan Mitchell

    Kyle Kuzma

    Jayson Tatum

    Lonzo Ball

    Dennis Smith Jr

    Brandon Ingram

    Jaylen Brown

    Kris Dunn

    Malcolm Brogdon

    John Collins

    Team World

    Ben Simmons

    Joel Embiid

    Lauri Markkanen

    Jamal Murray

    Dario Saric

    Domatas Sabonis

    Buddy Hield

    Bogdan Bogdanovic

    Frank Ntilikina

    Dillon Brooks

Who do you all have winning? Both teams are stacked, but I’m personally leaning toward Team World.

Not too sure how Frank Ntilikina made this team. Maybe it was a positional decision but I feel Skal Labissiere, Jakob Poeltl and Pascal Siakam all should be there instead of Frank. Hes shooting 35% on 5 points and has 2 turnovers with 3 assists per game. Not too good as of yet.

It is a positionnal decision, you can’t go with 3 guards on 10 players in a pick up game, + he’s a knick, he’s french, marketing stuff.

It’s a bit like John Collins and team usa, they needed a big with 5-6 guards already, + taylor made for a game like that.

The World Team has a massive size advantage. Hard to see ’em losing.

Would love to see the world team throw out a line-up of:

C.Embiid PF.Sabonis SF.Markannean SG.Bogdanovic PG.Simmons – Bogdanovic would be the shortest at 6’6 and then no one shorter than 6’9 out on the floor.

I like the USA team with Donovan Mitchell getting MVP.

Looks good on paper, unfortunately in reality it will be a bunch of uncontested alley-oops and 35 footers.

I’ll go with Team World as I think the American’s will be too wary of losing street cred if they decide to put a lick of effort into defence.

It’s an all-star game, no one is playing serious..And he prob play 35 minutes total between the two games.

The only guy with the skills and the crazy mentality is Kuzma or Mitchell.

The rest of the world always lack that tenacity, tend to take a back seat and are happy to just fit in.  I would love to see them take it to the US.

But its personality more than anything.  The World as usual still has the more skilled players while the US has the athleticism, attacking mindset and confidence.

The Wrold has better shooting and size.  But for some reason, Kuzma is the whole package I see him as the MVP.  Kuzma or Mitchell but i’ll roll with Kuzma.

not sure if he can but Ben Simmons may want to make a statement here as well.  As Kobe and Lebron have done in the past (Lebron used to be a major chcuker in all star games), a disrespected Ben Simmons by the rookie class may want to dominate and stand out from the pack.

He may not be able to due to his offensive game, but maybe with the lack of defense, its just something I’d like see.  Especially since he feels snubbed from the ASG.

Maybe he’ll throw up another 15+ triple double.

    Josh Jackson didn’t make it?  The #4 pick.  I guess too many swings but shows how they are starting to reward better players in this game;

Wonder if Ben Simmons takes a jumper…

    Team World should take this…

    Team Murica lacks size.

Kyle Kuzma needs to get 70.
