RUDEBOY_ParticipantI hope he falls to 41 so Memphis can select him…He shot the ball well on the 1st day of the combine..But didnt look so comfortable on day 2..But i think he’s went from undrafted to possibly late 1st or early 2nd rounder….

OaktownWarriorsParticipantI have only seen tape of him in high school, but jumping from high school ball in Rhode Island to the NBA is HUGE! I don’t see him being drafted, but invited to a camp and maybe signed for one season to play in the D-League? There he can grow and show what he has. Sitting out a season, then jumping to the NBA…he missed alot there. I hope he can make it?

The Scare Crow RisesParticipantHe may be that player taken ealier than projected or he could slide to the 2nd round due to all the questions about his game and character
I heard The 76ers might trade back with Atlanta to double down on draft picks in the 1st, I also heard they may just try to buy the 13th pick from Dallas or Minnesota (who are trying to acquire more cap space to sign Dwight Howard and Oj Mayo respectively)
If Philadelphia gets 2 top 20 picks they want to replace the talent they lost in the Andrew Bynum trade that cost the team Iguadola, Vucevic and Harkless…Kelly Olynyk at 9 or 11 could duplicate Vucevic in a way, and Ledo(taken with a secondary lottery pick only if all the other Wings are gone) may be another high upside pick like Mo Harkless.
Ledo does have great measureables and a knack for scoring, but will teams see him as more than that in the NBA though…Dont really know yet???

strobox88ParticipantHow can you say he won’t be drafted? Dude was a standout at his position during the combine. I’m one of those guys that believes he’d be a lottery pick had he played this year, and possibly would be one next year if he had stayed in school. Ledo is a steal of drastic proportions if he goes undrafted. I just don’t see how he could being a shooting guard that can pass, shoot and dribble. The thought boggles the mind when you see lottery prospects at his position lacking in one or two of those categories…

ItsRainingNegsParticipantBrandon Jennings struggled overseas for a year and was drafted tenth. Before the one and done rule talented high school players were picked in the first round regularly. Ledo was rated in the top 10 of his class and with dearth of quality shooting guards in the league I don’t see how he drops out of the first. Giannas is going to be a first rounder and so will Ledo.

DolanCareParticipantI’ll be shocked if he goes undrafted. That being said he could have made the 1st round if he stayed another year or two in Providence. He didnt play against the greatest compeitition in High School where he displayed playground moves rather than moves that would translate to the NBA.
His combine was impressive, but his shooting mechanics are simply not there yet. His release point is low and he doesn’t use the same techinque every stroke. With a questionable shot the teams are forced to draft him on speculation on how he will handle himself in a real game. The terms ‘out-of-control’ and ‘turnover prone’ come to mind when watching his HS footage. He may fall to the lower half of the 2nd round, which would be a great value pick. He has a lot of work to do… but i’m pulling for him.

providencefriars1ParticipantActually Ledo played in the NEPSAC which has the highest level of HS bball in the country. Other players in that league at the same time were Kaleb Tarcewski, Nerlens Noel, Wayne Selden, Georges Niang, Goodluck Okonoboh, Jakarr Sampson, Mitch McGary, Buss Patterson, Alex Murphy, Moe Harkless the list goes on and on.

OaktownWarriorsParticipantMaybe? but how many of those players that played in the NEPSAC where from that area??? list goes on and on…Give me NYC, Chicago, TX, Cali ball any day!
Ledo could be drafted and turn out to be a good player, but I just don’t see an NBA team drafting him. Again, I can see them signing him to a D-League contract and take it from there.

providencefriars1ParticipantNerlens Noel, Michael Carter Williams, Wayne Selden, Kaleb Tarcewzki, Alex Murphy, Georges Niang, Noah Vonleh, Goodluck Okonoboh, are all from either RI, MA, or NH

OaktownWarriorsParticipantEight guys from three different states, not bad. But still give me NYC, TX, Chicago, Cali ballers. I could name bout 250 guys from just SoCal alone. Your list looks like a bunch of foreign players that have come to the states to play.
