CynthiaParticipantHe definitely should, I hope OKC signs him but even if not he definitely needs to be in the league somewhere.

R-Dot-13ParticipantDominating the 4th quarter against the Pistons…
I believe he’s scored the last 19 points for OKC and has 30 in the game as I type this. That’ll happen when you’re a proven NBA player in summer league.

mikeyvthedonParticipantJust head and shoulders above anyone on the court. Going to look really nice as the Thunder’s 6th man next year, he can hoop. The Pistons just can’t stop the ball when it is in his hands, but the guy is just looking like a machine in these last few minutes. Impressive individual performance, even with it being Summer League.

GottaBeTheShoesParticipantI want to see some 2 PG offense from OKC, I think it would work with Westbrook and Jackson.

CynthiaParticipant35 points, broke summer league record. 23 points in the 4th alone, single-handedly outscoring the Pistons whom had a combined 21 in the 4th.

Sewok15ParticipantI would imagine playing with/against Westbrook in practice has really helped him. He was attacking the rim strong and drilling pull up jumpers. He looked like Westbrook out there today and although he isn’t nearly as good offensively or defensively he has really come into his own. It will be interesting to see how much he plays with Russell this upcoming season because losing Kmart opens up a lot of minutes at SG which we think will mostly go to Lamb but I can see Westbrook and Jackson together quite often next year.

XYRYXParticipantYeah why not try this for stretches? I really like the Idea more and more! Lamb can’t handle 25 mins rightaway so why not increase Jacksons role and play him 22 mins a game? Sounds really good and I want an explosive player next to Russ, Sefolosha isn’t the quickest anymore and with K-Mart gone they need to find a different rotation.

Sewok15ParticipantPlus you can afford to go small in the backcourt when you have Westbrook who is able to guard bigger SGs because of his elite athleticism. It is also always good to have Westbrook and Durant playing off the ball at the same time because the defense won’t be able to focus on both of them. I think Jackson could really be key to Thunder’s season…I would imagine he had more to do with them trading Harden and then not resigning Martin then Lamb did.
