T-Wolvesfan13ParticipantYao was voted into the All-star game even though he has been out most of the year. And most of his votes came from China. And i understand that they have pride in him being at this level. But come on he has not even played! And yes you should vote for him! But only if he is having a good year! Them voting for him is like me voting for Kris Humpries or Joel Przybilla just because they are from Minnesota! And yes neither of them were ever at the level Yao use to play at. But so far Kris is having a better year then him lol. To tell you the truth Yao should not even be able to get votes because he is out for the rest of the year!

torontoraptors10ParticipantYao can’t help that he is from China and they have 1.3 billion people and they come from a super nation, with mass technology so most people have computers.

llperezi probably voted about 5 times for the all-star game and i voted for yao every time. None of the other center deserved to be there and voting for yao was the only way to ensure that a deserving player would get to replace him.

justincParticipantit doesnt matter, this way coaches will choose a player that deserves to replace him. so what does it matter? glad they voted for him, so stupid fans dont pick a stupid center behind him, at least coaches have knowledge on who they should pick.

BigDParticipantLeast it means Andrew Bynum isn’t a All-Star starter

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantI know Camby doesn’t score or anything but he is worthy of an all star spot with his defense and rebounding in my opinion.

Counting StarsParticipantWell, we can’t say too much. I forget which year it was, but several years ago both Grant Hill and Alonzo Mourning got voted in as starters on the East All Star team without playing a single game the entire season.
