theprophetParticipanttwo part rank em thread meant just for fun and want to see others opinions out there. it seems that in the past two months the top nine players on nbadraft.net mock currently have been at least considered to be the number one pick in the next draft. the top nine players in the mock currently are as followed:
ben mclemore
marcus smart
cody zeller
nerlens noel
anthony bennett
shabazz muhammad
otto porter
alex len
victor oladipofirst i would like to see how others would rank from best to worst prospects of these nine players in order. mine goes like this:
shabazz muhammad
cody zeller
marcus smart
ben mclemore
otto porter
nerlens noel
victor oladipo
anthony bennett
alex lensince these prospects are all close, the second part of the rank em here is- if the lottery were to play out the way the current nbadraft.net mock order is, then where would you think these players would be drafted in that order and why? what are the chances of anyone slipping down? mine goes like this:
charlotte- shabazz muhammad charlotte needs a scorer but could go zeller
orlando- marcus smart orlando needs a future back court
washington- cody zeller no brainer to get a big that will not trip over his own feet
cleveland- otto porter could go mclemore here but porter is the immediate starter need
phoenix- ben mclemore could go noel here but phoenix needs someone to put the ball in the hole
sacramento- nerlens noel don’t know how he fits, sacramento desperately needs to improve their defense.
new orleans- anthony bennett- may go a different direction but bennett might be the best available
minnesota- victor oladipo- minnesota can use a two guard and oladipo might be the best available
detroit- alex len i say len slips out of the top nine but he is last on my list. maybe glenn robinson here?thoughts? hope to see other ideas. thanks.
