Not sure if Trey will have a higher FG% than SG’s such as BMac and KCP. The depth and talent across the board at the wings is not as high as at PG, where Burke has already demonstrated in SL that he will struggle against NBA length. He will get the minutes to try and figure it out though.

Wondering why you’re so low on Bennett? I believe he’ll definitely get more than 15 mpg. And only playing 47 games? Are you assuming he’s going to get hurt? If so, that’s not really fair. I’m pretty sure he will get at least 20 mpg and shoot a much better % than 38%.

I’m not sure why you projected GP, that’s just silly in my opinion. It’s not like Bennett has a serious injury history, he just has that 1 shoulder injury and I think he’ll definitely pull off 20-25 minutes a night with some nice numbers. He’ll also at least have over 40% FG. You gave Noel more GP than Bennett? That’s ridiculous…

No way Bazz pulls off 7 points in 13 minutes… If he was pulling off that with 35% FG, he’d be sent down to the D League immediately.

Olynyk’s stats are a bit weak.. Rondo should help inflate his points and I just see him being one of the more NBA Ready players here.

Some are decent, I’m not really sure of the point in projecting Rookie Stats anyways, maybe just because this is my 3rd or 4th time seeing it and I’ve not found a single one interesting.

Just like grandmama I totally disagree with your projection on Anthony Bennett. I’m not saying he’ll become Rookie of the year, but he’s capable of 11.5-12 ppg with 5.5 – 6 rpg shooting about 45% from the field in as much as 26-28 minutes even as a 6th man on a loaded playoff contender, ’cause this is what Cleveland is right now.
Besides that I really like your projections on most of the others.

    Good work, man.

I don’t think Bennett will be a big minute guy, but I do think he’ll get more than 16. Earl Clark makes it a little more crowded in the front court, but I bet he gets at least minutes in the low 20’s range.

Bynum and Varejau are a little frail and if they go down Tristan Thompson will slide over and split minutes with Zeller at center. This is hypothetical, but Bennett would get a lot more minutes if injuries happen and Cleveland’s big guys have a history.

I like Burke and MCW’s predictions, they’re gonna get minutes, and produce at a decent level, but it’s gonna be rough going at the beginning of the year for both players.

Porter is going to start most, if not all of the season, so I don’t know why you have all his numbers and his MPG so low.

The Bennett stats were a little strange, as well. 47 games? Where do you get that number? #1 picks don’t play in the d-league half the season.

I think the Suns will utilize Len more than you’re expecting. I mean, 44 games? No starts? This is a team utterly devoid of talent, pretty much, especially in the frontcourt, and Len is their big Top 5 pick, a guy who they might’ve taken at #1, as a handful of teams would have.

Otherwise, I really like these. But on several of them, I think you’re underestimating how may guys will start most of the games of the season. I mean, these are teams that are going to be tanking, for the most part, and tanking teams play their young guys.

Ariza and Webster are there and after watching Porter in SL I’m not sold on him being a day 1 starter.

Bennett could get ROY with 12 and 6 averages. I would have Bennett’s stats a little higher than 6.7 points and 3.6 boards. I think Muhammed could put up some better scoring numbers too. Other than that, these are very realistic rookie stat projections. Should be one heck of a ROY race.

Kevin Martin, Corey Brewer, Budinger, leave a crowded house of veterans for Shabazz to get minutes over. I don’t think he’s a big rookie producer.

Should be noted that Bennet’s competition is Alonze Gee, if he’s healthy he will be out there, and I see very little reason why he wont be healthy we still got 75 days till the season

Otto Porter will average more points than Austin Rivers did as a rookie. He will get a good amount of minutes because he can defend.

Are you going with Victor or Ben for ROY?

Everything else looks pretty good to me.
