BothTeamsPlayedHardParticipantThe school has let him return to practice, but he is still suspended from playing in games.

JNixonParticipantIf he returns within about 5 games, I still expect him to be an All-American.
Recent reports have been saying it wasn’t an altercation. It was his girlfriend scared him in the dark and he hit her "as a reflex". Not sure I believe it, but her dad spoke out and said it was an accident.

llperezi dont know. She originally said he hit her over an arument. Then she said he never hit her at all and she never had a broken jaw. Now shes saying he did hit her and broke her jaw but it was an accident after she scared him?

mikeyvthedonParticipantIs he at full health? I guess he might be, considering he did well in their pre-season games, but I think it might be really tough for him to make the All-American 1st team coming off of ACL surgery. Still think he is an All-American, just do not know about 1st team. These are my predictions:
1st Team
F Harrison Barnes
F Kyle Singler (NPOY)
F/C Jared Sullinger
G Nolan Smith
G Jimmer Freddette
2nd Team:
G Jacob Pullen
F Marcus Morris
G Austin Freeman
G Shelvin Mack
F/C Trey Thompkins
3rd Team:
G Kalin Lucas
G Demetri McCamey
F Kenneth Faried
G E’Twaun Moore
F Chandler Parsons
Honorable Mention:
F Trey Thompkins
G Brandon Knight
F Jon Leuer
G Kyrie Irving
F Derrick Williams
I do like your list, think it is solid, but for some reason I have a feeling that some of those players might not progress as much as others. Kemba Walker is a player I like a great deal, but I see UCONN maybe having some issues. I find Pre-Season All-American lists are a gamble, you are pretty much either betting that a person will maintain production or increase it, and that is I guess the guys I put stock in. There are tons of guys who can be All-Americans, but after seeing that the AP went 0-5 last year on their choices, I felt like I should gamble, and I think the two freshman I am gambling on are worth the risk. I think Barnes will kill it from day one and Sullinger will be too much for people to stop. But either way, it is a definite gamble, and I would not be surprised if a lot of names not on these lists end up there at the end of the year.
