JoeWolf1Roy "Dev" Marble – Iowa
6’6” 200 lbs – 17 ppg 3.4 rpg 3.5 apg 1.8 spg 42/37/70
Marble is a tall shooting guard with ideal size for an NBA two and a productive major conference NCAA player. He’s a good screen shooter, has the ability to drive and handle the ball and can do a little bit of everything. Roy is also a capable defender and has done a great job in aiding Iowa’s offense by playing the role of a distributer from time to time. Despite being a shooting guard, Marble still dishes out 3.5 assists per game and only turns the ball over 1.8 times per contest…In fact, over his last 5 contests he’s averaged 5 assists per game and only 1.2 turnovers per game.
Dwight Powell – Standford
6’10” 240 lbs – 14.1 ppg 7.2 rpg 3.4 apg 45/22/67
Dwight Powell has been on a lot of people’s radar since he was a high school player, but after falling off the map for a while, he’s put together solid junior and senior seasons for the Cardinal. At 6’10” and with a 7′ foot wingspan, Powell has nice size for an NBA power forward, and he’s added some skill to his game over the years too. Dwight has some appeal as a stretch 4 option in the 2nd round. He hasn’t become the player many thought he’d become at age 18, but he’s big, skilled, experienced, and could make sense in the 40-60 range.

Lotto StudParticipantI still have my fingers crossed for Joe Jackson. 14.4 ppg 3.6 rpg 4.6 apg if he puts it all together I think he can have a Norris Cole type of impact because his motor is high.

Prime TimeParticipantI think Willoams will develop into a solid back-up, if not a capable starter in the league. There are a lot of senior point guards in this draft who could be solid contributors on a team.

Moon RiverParticipantThis guy has been rock solid for the Cuse since he stepped on campus. He is a better than average athelete who can get to the rim and finish. His jumper is suspect but OK and is a willing defender. I think he makes a roster.

TarHeelRavenParticipantLeslie McDonald could.possibly be a second rounder. He has had a pretty abysmal year shooting the ball with 65 percent from the free throw line and.like high 30’s from the.field. he had a good.game against duke at.home and has had some other good-looking games. Overall he has been a major disappointment shooting the ball and hasn’t even come.close.to replacing the.production. of Hairston. I think he has enough talent to at least.get a look from an nba team.

juves4783Participanti had put together this list of 2nd round prospect (seniors). a lot of depth at sg and pg. sg offers a lot of 3-point specialists as well. unfortunately, never got far enough to add comments. i like the 76ers with their 2nd round picks this year though.

JordanC20ParticipantI think Dwight Powell is a more experienced version of Aaron Gordon…very underrated prospect.

Sewok15ParticipantShabazz Napier will make more of an impact in the NBA than Shabazz Muhammad.

cmurder0007ParticipantI find it hard to believe that someone won’t take Patric Young based on the year he is having. We all know of his physical limitations. We know he isn’t going to be a frontcourt starter, or put up points off the bench. But if you’ve watched Florida, the dude throws down every game. He is strong, intense, and brings a fire to that team. If Reggie Evans can make a career of rebounding the ball at 6’8", I think Patric Young sure has a chance of that same path.

chrsw003ParticipantDaniel Miller- Georgia Tech
6’11 275lbs. – 11.3 ppg, 7.9 rpg, 1.5 apg, 2.5 bpg, 1.2 spg
Came to Tech pretty raw and has continued to get better every year. Has had a great senior season. Has good touch for a big guy, great passer for his position, solid rebounder, and blocks alot of shots. No reason to think he wont continue to improve and get better. Deffinetly think he would be a solid big man coming off the bench for some NBA team. Has had some big games this year and played really well in the win vs. Syracuse. Anyone who follows the ACC can attest to how much he has improved the last couple years and he made 3rd team all ACC to show for it!
