Blazers Trade Andre Miller, Greg Oden ( When cleared by medical staff ) plus 1st rounder (via NO)

Spurs Trade Tony Parker, Dejaun Blair and their 2011 1st round pick…

The Blazers gain a lightning quick Elite level Pg that can thrive next to Roy’s play making abilty and LA’s outside shot…Re unites with fellow France player Batum in the starting Lineup…Parker is younger than the Savvy Miller and can run the up tempo system at times and still flourish in the half court…

The Blazers lose Vet PG Miller and their Number 1 pick who still still haven’t extended at the moment…and the Pick they got got a an earlier Trade with NO’s for Bayless…Greg when healthy can be the defender inside but with Camby,Pryzbilla and Blair the Blazers would have rebounders and lenght in the Line Up with LA/Camby/Joel/Blair/Cunningham/Babbit and potential Big’s through draft or FA…

Rudy can net them a SF/PF with serious lenght too…Gallo or Randolph in New York???

They a first rounder and Rudy after this move to get a move done for a Sf/Pf that can stretch the floor and add versatilty…Gallo would be the perfect fit IMO…New York loves Rudy’s game…I think they’d want Both euro’s and the Blazers could use Randolph’s lenght and potential at the SF/PF…That’s a deal I think has to get Done…Randolph for Rudy sounds very good for both sides…

The Spurs get A veteran PG for the expiring Parker…Miller would run Pop’s offense very effectively and can defer to Duncan,Manu and Oden a lot more than a Ofensive guy like Parker…having George Hill doesn’t hurt as Miller would groom Hill to be Pop’s PG of the Future…Oden instantly gives the Spurs the Twin Towers 2.0…If Greg oden stay’s healthy for next 3 Playoff series the Spurs will certainly be in the Hunt each year…Greg also gives them a Big post Duncan…The Balzers would hate losing him both they cant afford the 10 Million per the Spurs would likely pay for a Duncan?Oden frontline…adding the NO lottery pick for a SF in a deep crop helps as insurance for GO’s knee’s…

Thw Spurs lose Parkers abilty to break down defenders late in the clock and the experience of running Pop’s system…But Tony has been looking for a place to show case is flash and although NY has been brought up The Blazers mix of Skill players and Defenders/Rebounders/Lenght would be a very nice spot…He would likely not resign so losing him and gritty rebounder Blair and late 1st rounder doesn’t hurt…You get a Vet Pg and a Franchise Big

    Thoughts…Save the Minuses…

    No way.

One, Tony Parker is a FA after this offseason and wifey (similar to Carmelo) has thrown out feelers to NY. Also, I don’t like the fit for him in Portland. He cannot defend and would be exposed. Andre Miller is not a perfect fit either for Portland but right now, I have a feeling were gonna see alot of Roy-Matthews backcourt alot because they fit together.

Also, Greg Oden (albiet, a injured oaf) is still better then DeJuan Blair. Plus, why would Portland throw in a draft pick? There’s no need for that.

Not to mention, I feel Greg Oden still has value in this league. As good as DeJuan Blair is, he’s Malik Rose.

He’d love to play with Fellow Frenchman NicolasBatum, and wifey won’t say a thing if her man is contending on the West Coast closer to HollyWood then The Rotten Apple, Greg Oden has value in this League…He’ll be paid around 8 to 10 million and the Blazers want match, they have not extended his deal and won’t go in the 8 to 10 million range…They’d love to swap Oden with Camby but Oden gives you you that ”IT” factort in a trade…he and Duncan alone would become worth Trading an expring Parker…Blair and Miller become the balancing points…Vet Pg that can run your system for 2 to 3 years until Hill takes over…Patty Mills is also out there for the Spurs in this trade…

Blazers get an elite level starting Pg and rebounding force off the bench where he can be used heavliy next to LA/Camby or Joel…They’ll get the Spurs pick late in the first round for another role playing Big…The Blazers draft very well…

Spurs get a Veteran starter for Cheap and flexible price tag and a Shot at Twin Towers 2.0 before Duncan fades in 3 years…Oden also be there post Duncan…A pick somewhere between 14 through 24 for a young SF to add to the core helps…The Blazers have tons of depth and still own plenty of picks to add to a roster…Rudy and that 1st rounder they own after the Deal can get them a Lenghty SF/PF like Anthohy Randolph( example…NY loves Rudy and wants Melo…where does AR fit???)

explain your point, I laid out a lot of points for you…

    1. Tony for Oden is a pretty sweet swap…Blazers get a Elite Pg the Spurs get an elite Center…

    2. French Conection(Portland) and Twin Towers 2.0(Spurs)…Re Unite Parker with Batum and Give Duncan the Best bigman since The Admiral sailed into the sunset…

3.Miller can run the Spurs offense and teach Hill how to be real PG…Blair can mix it up with the Bigs in the NBA and give the Blazers some much needed grit and rebounding…

4.Blazers hold the rights to Rudy and another 1st round pick for a potential deal for a Long Scoring Hybrid Forward

5.Spurs have Tiago Splitter, George Hill, James Anderson and Now Greg Oden and Lottery pick to build with…Miller is a stop gap but one hell of a stop gap…

My bad if you think I’m being a dick because, really I’m not. I just disagree. Here are my counterpoints to your points.

    1. Tony Parker for Greg Oden is not a fair deal at all. Most people would take Parker 100/100 times. Oden is NOT a elite center.

    2. Eh, that’s more of a opinion on the Portland part but Oden is not even close to David Robinson. NOT EVEN CLOSE.

    3. Andre Miller is good, not great for the Spurs system. Parker is a scoring PG, Miller is a conventional PG who can do both. Another thing, players don’t teach players like that but if Hill need to learn the system, wouldn’t he ask the man who’s been doing it for 10 seasons?

    4. Stop. The Blazers are not getting a Gallo or Randolph type for Rudy. You said that a 1000 times: It’s not gonna happen.

    5. If your Portland, why would you give the Spurs, who’s been the best run team this past 15 seasons, players to help them rebuild a dynasty like that?

It’s just flawed thinking to me. I’m not saying it’s impossible but it’s highly unlikely Portland would do this deal.
