Since the season started, and some big moves were made, there have been some players left looking (not publicly) for a trade.. These are some guys that cant wait for a trade..

Mo Williams – Williams is playing behind the best PG in the NBA.  He is never going to see starter minutes and he is still a starting PG.  He has a great shooting stroke and has a superb ability to set up teammates.. Half of his playing time is coming at the SG spot so he is now playing out of position. Get this guy to a team that can use him.
    Great fit teams:
    Lakers
    Knicks
    Jazz

OJ Mayo – After last year, when they tried to trade him every weekend, Mayo has to have a sour taste in his mouth about this orgainization.  He is stuck in the Dog-House and on the bench.  When he plays, he is limited to a role and cant be the player that he is.. Guy can put up close to 20 points a night given starter minutes and is probably one of the best bench players in the league.. (Harden, Odom, Terry, Crawford are others)
    Great fit teams:
    Cavs
    Wolves
    Pacers

Jarrett Jack – Yeah, Jack is running the show and is the big dog of his team (with Gordon out).  He is looking like a stud, getting close to a tripple double some nights.  He can do everything and is a terrific defender.. Also, while it is great to be a starting PG somewhere, he is in his prime and is probably looking to be on a team that is a contender.  There are contending teams that are looking for a starting PG, or a PG to play big minutes, so if something could be worked out, he could be in a perfect spot.
    Great fit teams:
    Lakers
    Heat
Mavs (They have a lot of guards but none like Jack)

Steve Nash – Almost the same situation with Jack.  However, Nash is past his prime and is wanting to find a place to win ASAP.. He is only going to be around a couple of years and has never had that ring.  He is too nice to say he wants out but there is no way he wants to be a Sun right now.  Put him on the right team, he makes the stupid good..
    Great fit teams:
    Knicks
    Lakers
    Heat

Grant Hill – Just like with Nash, Hill is past his prime but too nice to ask for a trade.  Hill is still a good starter but limiting his minutes to close to 20 a night would be great for him.  He could go in a play very hard and not have to worry about saving himself. Also, he would be better prepared for the playoffs.  While Hill is a shell of what he once was, he is still a super smart player and a bit of a Point-Forward.  He rebounds, moves the ball, and defends.. Give him and open look and you will most likely pay for it.
    Great fit teams:
    Thunder
    Celtics
    Bulls

Dwight Howard – He came right out and said it.. He doesnt want to stay in Orlando but it doenst look like he is heading out.. If he does, it will be after the All-Star game, which is in Orlando. Everyone knows this story.. No need for me to keep driving the nail.
    Great fit teams:
    Lakers
    Mavs
    Celtics

Deron Williams – He hasnt said it but everyone can see it.. He has checked out of NJ and is not looking for places close to Brooklyn.. The thing about Williams is that he is probably the 3rd or 4th best PG around and would fit anywhere that CP3, Rondo, or Rose isnt playing.. Everywhere else, he would be amazing.. When Williams has someone to play with him, he is stupid good. He would be best with a great pick-n-roll big.  However, he is still great in NJ, with very little to work with.. Without Williams, the Nets would be close to their record of 2 years ago..
    Great fit teams:
    Lakers
    Magic (If Howard stays)
    Mavs

Antwan Jamison – Jamison is alot like Nash/Hill in the fact that he isnt going to ask for a trade out.. He had the chance to play with LBJ a couple of years ago but not long enough to get much done.  He is older but his contract is huge.. The best he can hope for is to stay healthy, finish the year, and hope that some contenders want him to play for them. He brings alot of versatility and basketball smarts.. A savvy vet with lots of game left in him.
    Great fit teams:
    Thunder
    Knicks
    Magic (only if Howard stays)

nash and hill both had the opportunity to leave as free agents and took pay cuts to stay and have never came out and asked for a trade. Maybe they just like it there and want to retire there and arent interested in changing scenery to chase rings. Thats the only thing i can think of.

deron just forced his way out of 1 situation and appears to be giving up on his second team in a year. Let him wait it out till free agency. It shouldnt be on the teams to keep moving him until he feels happy.

Deron didn’t force his way out of Utah or give up on the team. That trade caught everybody (including him) by surprise.

I think Daniel Gibson needs a change of scenery, he’s actually a very good defender (locked down Monta Ellis last night) and a good shooter. I think he could play a Bruce Bowen kind of role for a contender, the Cavs don’t need him and he doesn’t need the Cavs.
