You basically want the Grizz to give up Conley, Rubio, Gay, and a first round pick, for Amare, Clark and Tucker, Plus according to you superstars like Amare dont wanna play in Memphis. He would just opt out and leave in 2010 right? So basically instead of Gay, Conley, Rubio and a first round pick we would have Tucker and Clark.

And whoever says Conley is a bust has no idea what they are talking about. Conley tore stuff up during the last 3 months of the season after Hollins was hired. Hes a young player that is probably about to explode.

While I'm skeptical of the Wizards drafting a PG with so much money invested in Arenas, it allows Gil to not have to be a distributor and facilitate the offense. The biggest concerns are how does that play into Flip's new offense, and can Gil be effective without the ball? I think it could work in theory, but my gut as a Wiz fan tells me that it won't because Gil's already transitioning to full health. Transitioning to a new position should only complicate things and make it harder on him.
I liked your last mock better where you had Earl Clark going to the Warriors. I think with all of the guards they have, they need to solidify their frontcourt by adding depth with a guy like Clark or maybe Jordan Hill if he falls.
This draft lacks depth at the PF position, but I really don't think Lawal will be in the top 10. I think DeJuan Blair will go before he does.

Yea, something tells me they go Hill or Harden. But you know Flip, he doesnt go with the grain. He could look at Jennings and take a chance and move Arenas to the 2. You never know...
I heard GS wants a PG and may look at Curry. They feel like they need a PG to move Ellis to the 2. Do I agree with that? NO. But im not the GS GM
Dont be surprised on Lawal. He could. He is more of a natural PF. I think the Bucks like Potential and they will look for a guy they can grow with this team. I think the Bucks takes a high potential guy and a steal in round 2.
Also, Lawal reminds me of like a Stoudemire...he needs a good year of playing time. He need to work on his free-throws, his shot ( its kinda shaky) and his dribbiling skills. He could be a gem pick.

He's not another mike madsen because be has more heart and a he'll of alot more toughness. Otherwise I think you mock is really good. Please excuse any typoes I have. Man, you have Maynor going first too? Well, I mean first out of the 2nd tier of PG's that is. What am I missing with this guy? I just don't think he's got it. Of course I know that I'm probably wrong, since everyone else likes him, but I just don't know what to think about him. Why can't I get a gauge on this guy I wonder.

Only problems I really have are the Bucks drafting Earl Clark. Milwaukee will take a point a guard no doubt. Sessions is gone, the Bucks won't resign him. Plus the Bucks just drafted Joe Alexander with their 1st round pick last year to play Small forward.
Also no way the Suns take a PG. They need help now to make a run in the playoffs. They will worry about replacing Nash a couple years from now. I think they need to get younger, qucker, and more athletic at the SG/SF positions.
Eric Maynor isn't the best 2nd tier PG. If he gets drafted as high as you have him it is purely because a team fell in love with his size and swagger. Maynor is a big PG at 6'3" plus has a nasty attitude to him which is good.
I think Hansbrough has to go in the 1st round.
Earl Clark could play 3 and 4 in the East. They wont go PG, they will give Session whatever he wants....With no real big men at 10- The bucks take Clark.
The suns will take a PG. Nash is a FA in 2010...they need a replacement. If Flynn, Maynor, Holiday or teague is there....they will take Teague.
Maynor is. I think Flynn is a tier 1 guy. Maynor is the best PG to win right now. Indiana has a small PG so they will look for a PG with size and ability. Maynor reminds me of Sam Cassell. He wont be a top 5 PG in the L. He will just give you 17-20 ppg and 6-9 apg in his prime....
