the suns are set at sg with Devin Booker. As a fan of the game I love what he brings to the court. His scoring to go along with that frame is very impressive. If the suns get let’s say the 3 to 5 pick. Would the suns trade Bledsoe and the 3-5 pick to leap up to the number one spot. Bledsoe can play and is on a decent contract given the new salary cap. He is injury prone but he’s a beast when healthy. The suns then pair Booker with Fultz or Ball whoever they prefer. I like fultz better but to pair booker with ball that would be the biggest backcourt in the NBA. the team receiving the trade then gets Bledsoe and the chance at monk, Tatum, Jackson issac or Fox. I think for the magic sixers twolves and knicks this would benefit both teams. I’m used to getting negged so feel free to rip away.

I think that for sure is a possibility for the Suns as Bledsoe doesn’t really fit in with their young rebuilding core of Booker, Chriss, and Bender so getting a younger PG in Fultz or Ball makes sense.  If I was the Suns I would go for the more pass first Ball who is also used to playing in an uptempo drive and kick system which the Suns are known for plus I bet he already has a relationship with Earl Watson since they both have UCLA ties.

I think Bledsoe and their pick would be a steep price though just to move up a few spots they would have to get something else back in return.  Now Knight and their pick to move up would make more sense for Phoenix.

Hopefully they stay top 3 and draft the best of the pgs available.  I personally think they need to get bigger with someone like Tatum or Jackson.  Would like to draft Fultz or Ball and and trade them down for Tatum/Jackson + player or trade out of the draft for another star like George, Butler, Jabari, Faried, etc

SF is def one of their biggest needs.  If they kept their pick, but fell out of the top 3 after the lottery Tatum would make the most sense for their pick because they need a wing that can shoot the ball.  If they decided to trade back in the draft to pickup multiple assets Terrence Ferguson or Rodions Kurucus would be good targets later in the first round.

I personally don’t think any team with the number 1 pick would trade their pick except Boston but this is the NBA, where anything is possible. I hope they land Fultz or Ball, well if not, they could trade Bledsoe for a top 15 pick if any team would want him and keep their pick, If that happens I think they should take Josh Jackson instead of Tatum, I see similarities in the style of play of Warren, they’re both scorers although Tatum has more upside. Then they can take another player from the draft. If they could land a top 8 pick with the trade of Bledsoe, they could pick another Bledsoe like clone in Dennis Smith. This is just my opinion.

If phx end up at 3 and ball and fultz are off the table, id take jackson with eyes looking towards Mo Bamba in 2018.

Bledsoe, Booker, Jackson,Chriss, Bamba, Ulis, Len, Bender, and Warren would be a nice young squad.

I like the direction the Suns are heading, but they’re still a couple/few years away from playoffs. Best player at PG, SF or C seems like best move in this draft.

Bledsoe wouldn’t be enough to move up to get Fultz or Ball if they don’t get lucky in the lottery. I don’t think anything they’d be willing to part with would be enough honsetly. They should just hold onto their talent and take best player in a stacked draft. Trade Bledsoe or Knight mid-season if need be.

As a Suns fan and looking at the draft, I honestly have the idea we go down BPA route. With Booker the only guy we would consider set in stone at this moment. We’ll pick somewhere between 1 and 5 so we’ll have shots at a number of PGs and SFs and Jonathan Isaac also could come into the mix as we could use him as a SF mainly.

I think the suns will slip to 4th in the lottery and Phoenix will draft Fox. They seem to like these Kentucky players and I think Fox actually fits perfectly with Booker in their backcourt for the future.

I like all the PG "true, scoring, lead, 1 way, 2 way, nba ready, project, overrated, underrated" in the top 10.

I really want Josh Jackson for my young, soft and dumb suns, but i think you’re pretty spot on.

Suns ain’t fitting the lottery rules, Lakers must keep their pick, Celtics must lose the 1st pick, 4th is the highest possibility.

I simulated the lottery 20 times on 2 sites, 13 times the suns were 4th, 2 times 1st, it’s so far from the odds, lol.

4th pick…Fox, they’ll think "wall-beal of the desert", fast and furious, they’ll trade Bledsoe for a frontcourt player to boot, how could they not ?

Only team in the entire nba without a bigman averaging 10 pts, that’s insane/disgusting…

If you want a conspiracy theory get Boston, Lakers, Knicks as the top 3. Thus 3 big market teams get nice building pieces in the case of two and even more depth in the case of Boston.

If Dallas happened to come lucky in the lottery, there could be queries raised too.

if the suns find a way to get rid of bledsoe and brandon knight on trade day it will really send them in the right direction.ball fits better with booker but fultz/booker combo would be like cj/dame.suns should take the best player  available if they get a top 3.

Unless a team in the late lottery gets the #1 overall and has an allstar caliber pg or sg noone else is trading down from it and they wouldn’t need Bledsoe in that case anyway.

Fultz has more superstar potential and is projected as a perennial allstar.

the suns might do well to trade down if they get the 5th though to get a future and the best fit for the team in Zack Collins.
