     Suns trade Okafor, Len, and PJ. Tucker and 2014 draft pick for Bynum, E. Clark, and Cavs pick (not protected).  Suns get to revive bynum or release for savings, Clark for a second try and lottery pick (most likely).  Cavs gets Len for potential and a step in center and probably a late lottery or just after lottery pick.  Throw in A. Goodwin or another suns 2014 pick if that seals the deal for Cavs… Suns need to get lucky in the draft  to get to the best of the west and Cleveland gets essentially three draft picks for their 2014 pick
