Not to cause controversey, as the Phillidelphia Eagles in football. But, they only develop certain posistions. At other positions they fail to help thier young players reach their fullest potential.
For example. The Eagles are one of the finest at developing Qb's, wr's, the best at developing defensive ends. They seem to have to buy defensive backs and fail to develop their young corners and safeties. And I have to say that they always fail at developing devensive tackles.
This is one reason why I am scared that Fletcher Cox will never reach his fullest potential. THey had Corey Simon who was one of the best defensive tackles to come out since Jerome Brown, and he never developed.
I just hope that this kid develops alongside Cullen Jenkings and becomes a force to be wreckoned with.
Also, name other teams that are good at developing certain positions like the Packers who develop defensive tackles pretty good.
