Why not go to Baylor? He probably liked the school and thought he would do well there. Plus he probably will be the best player on the team he might have thought he could put up Kevin Durant and Michael Beasly type numbers there if he did he would definetly be a top 3 pick.

I think he will go. He has committed and I see him staying. Also I think he might help bring some talent.

He committed to Baylor before his hype was really heavy, so I think he’ll stay out of loyalty

A lot of people don’t know this, but Baylor is a private, Baptist affiliated school in Waco, Texas. Jones is Baptist, plus he’s from Dallas, Texas. The school has always been on his radar. It’s in Texas and it’s Baptist affiliated. It’s a great fit for HIM.

I think Derrick Rose and Sherron Collins should of went to Illinois or Chicago State but they didn’t. It depends, what they sold, he bought. Most of these guys will be making millions playing professionally.

Scott Drew is an extremely good coach, he brought Baylor basketball from the extreme low of a terrible team with murder scandal to the NCAA tournament. I watch a lot of Big 12 ball and the improvement Baylor has made as a program speaks very highly of Drew, I have no doubt he will help Perry improve as a player and he will be the man on next years’ Baylor squad, I think they will be in the NCAA tournament to boot.

You have to go where you feel comfortable with students, coaches, and teammates..Baylor also is bringing in more and more long SF/PF prospects, and Jones is a great fit for Coach Drew’s recruiting priorities. I think that he’ll show phenomenal ability. He’s potentially close to or the same level scorer as Kevin Durant is. I’ve seen him play, and he gives you the feel that he can develop into one of the absolute best scorers in basketball in the future.
