So it has been a while since a player averaged 20ppg and 10apg. Both Wall and Paul are very close, my question is who do think gets there?

I like both at this point, Wall is at 20ppg and 9.9apg so it won’t take a lot of work to get there, he is scroing really well at the moment and with addition of Morris he has another guy to pass to. Paul potentially may miss out when Griffin returns as he is currently at 19.7ppg and could lose scoring opportunities once he returns.

Only 3 players in history have averaged 20ppg, 10apg, and 5rpg for a season: Oscar (5x), Magic (3x), Paul (1x) who was the last to do it in 2009.  Westbrook could join them.  It’s an incredible feat.  The "opposite" of that, 20 ppg, 10 rpg, 5apg has happend 27 times — KG the leader with 6x (in a row!), Bird (5x), Oscar, Wilt, Kareem, Baylor (3x).  KG the last to do it in 2005.

Only 3 players have averaged 25 ppg and 10apg: Oscar, Tiny Archibald (led league in ppg and apg in the same season, only one ever), and, wait for it — Michael Adams with the Nugs in 1991!  I don’t think Russ will get there.

And while I’m geeking out…Andrei Kirilenko in 2004 was the last player to have at least 150 steals, blocks, and assists in the same season.  Ben Wallace came close in 2006 but just missed at 146 steals.  Hakeem is the Dream setting the bar with 174 steals, 234 assists, and 376 blocks, not to mention his 1149 rebounds and 1995 points in1990.  An all-around season we may never see again (Anthony Davis, Towns?).
