don042488ParticipantKentucky’s Patrick Patterson, this season isn’t getting no publicity at all and he’s putting up big numbers, with almost 20 points a game, almost 10 boards a game, almost 3 assists a game, and 2 blocks, while shooting 71% from the field, and almost 80% from the free throw line. I think he’s a better prospect than Arizona’s Jordan Hill and Hill gets way more pub, for a team with less wins. Even when people talk how much they like the fact Blake Griffin and James Harden returned to school, to improve their games, Patrick Patterson name never comes up in that discussion. I liken Patterson to a more athletic Antonio Davis, a solid blue collar type of player that knows how to play his role. Worst case scenario, I see Patterson as a Ben Wallace type of player, a chisled undersized big, with long arms, who rebounds and blocks at a very high rate. Either way, I think he’s going to be one of those hard working under appreciated type of players.

grwgoden08ParticipantI don’t even like Kentucky, but Patterson is a very good pro prospect. He’s very aggressive, but he needs to stop relying on his athleticism. Jordan Hill is a much better pro prospect in my opinion.

los507ParticipantReminds me of Powe or Maxiell, that style of undersized 4 man is envogue right now. So he’ll get a good opportunity to become at least a rotation guy. He plays really hard, think over time he could develop a couple of moves that suit him. If he ever gets that Charles Oakley style jumpshot that most of the better 4 men have he could be a poor man’s E.Brand. I like his effort and he plays big would like to see if he can carry that over to the pro game.

Siirler Hikayeler Fikralar Programlar Guzel Sozler Resimler freetemplates Taylor was arguably Oregon’s best player last season, but his 6-foot-4 frame makes him a undersized at the next level. Nonetheless, his scoring ability, length and athleticism give him a chance to make in in the league.0 - AuthorPosts
