I mean I’m watching these summer league games and right now their young guys are good…

    Thoughts:
I am impressed with Stephenson. Not because of his game but his demeanor. His body language has changed so much and he seems like he is good with his teammates. He is handling the point extremely well. I will admit I didn’t expect that and he does have some Tyreke Evans in his game. He may actually be a better point prospect that Evans because of his unselfishness.

George to me is going to be a more aggressive Rudy Gay. I mean he isn’t laid back like Gay. He actually has a mentality to go out there and make baskets. He plays good defense and he moves without the ball well. He’s 6’9 214 so he still has room to fill his body out. He has a chance to be special.

Rolle was a great pick up for them. He is athletic and he plays hard. I like his game as an energy guy.

I’m jumping on the Pacers wagon. Who’s coming along with me?

Not to compare but remember how Durant and Green came in and was exciting to watch? I see that with Stephenson and George….

How in the hell did Lance Stephenson fall to the 2nd round even larry bird was suprise but he did right thing he has some very nice crossovers and I think he can play point gaurd but I think his future is better at the 2.

Paul George has all the potential in the world pretty jumpshot very athletic but you can tell because he is smooth rather than athletic he models his game after kobe but he definitely dont have the handles of kobe if george can get some better ball handling he can be scoring threat for many years and can possibly be a top 10 player but only he can get hisself on that level he just cant rely on his talent to get him by

I definitely like what I’m seeing.

I like Rolle. He’s long, athletic, fluid/mobile, active and plays with a little attitude. He has the makings of a very good weakside shot blocker.

George, Stephenson, McRoberts and Rolle are all talented young pieces heading forward.

    I can’t stand Rolle.

Reminds me of Ryan Hollins (who I also can’t stand).

All George needs is more strength/weight and to tighten up his handle. The rest will come. I like that he gets after it on defense.

I don’t care if you don’t like him lol. Have you seen the Pacers’ front court? We need long and athletic shot blockers. He looks like a solid prospect who’ll be cheap.

Well I’m reporting you to Mollom.

You sit with that for a while.

they have a very young core, they have done a great job establishing young guys. With rolle, stephson, george & mcroberts. Also they have hansbrough from last year, and hibbert is doing alright. They now have some trading pieces with stephson might be able to run point guard, so they could trade tj ford and/or earl watson

    Lol what’s Mollom?

Seriously though… I think Rolle would be a lot better (worth our investment) than Solomon Jones. Jones is worthless despite his size and length.

    @Daleo

Earl Watson is a free-agent and probably won’t be back.

with Rolle playing so good what does this mean for Hansbrough do they move him to center, he’s only 6’10 or trade him or what

    Stephenson – Price / Ford
    D Jones – George / Rush
    Granger – Rush / Dunleavey
    Murphy – Rolle / Hansborough
    Hibbert – Foster / Mcroberts

Remember that both Hansborough and Rolle will be 10-15 minute so it’s not all that important (to everyone except fantasy players) which position in the front court they call home. What it likely means is that Hansborough will be in street clothes as I’ve been hearing that he is still not 100% recovered from all his stuff from last season.

Speaking of Rolle, I have been crazily excited about how he’s played. In my mind, I was seeing him being the backup to Solomon Jones, which meant not making the team, but he has instead become a more athletic version of Jeff Foster.
