joe2324ParticipantWe have almost 3 minutes left in the 3rd and OKC rolling with a nearly 40 point lead. GS is a team you have to beat them down the entire game and don’t let them breath for a minute. EPIC fail if they bench their starters and blow this game.

circumlocution75Participantto win the the NBA from 2015 onward…………… Is to create the Golden State Warriors 2.0……… & spread the floor w/ 45% – 3 point shooters at Every position……..
OKC w/ a Big line up of 6’3” Westbrook; 6’7” Andre Roberson; 6’9” Kev Durant; 6’10” Serge Ibaka & 7’0” Stave Adams ………… None of whom (besides Durant) is a Great shooter………
yet they’re utterly Destroying Golden State……….. I don’t believe GSW will lose this seriues & they may still win their 2nd Ring ^ 1, 2 or even 3 more………….. my point is that GSW is Unique………
And just as Phil Jackson never made Shaq & Kobe’s Lakers run the Triangle (b/c there was ONLY Jordan & only One Bulls team)…….. All any team can hope for is the Opportinity to Draft Great players………… & hope that Translates into a Great Team………………….

OhCanada-ParticipantI think what he means is from time to time Phil would allow Kobe or Shaq to control the offense as they see fit with iso’s, clearouts, pindowns, and sometimes taking contested shots outside of the triangle offense because they are great players. But that’s different then what Westbrook are Durant are doing, they are winning on sheer talent and skill. The only structure that offense has is between KD, and Westbrook deciding who is going to score next.

doubledribblerParticipantI don’t think I have ever seen so many blowouts in the playoffs. The games have not been very fun to watch unless maybe you are a fan of the team doing the beatdown.

BothTeamsPlayedHardParticipantI do not remember a season where so many of the playoff games have been blowouts either. I know there are always one-sided series and sweeps, but even the series where they go deep the individual games have been bad to watch because both teams will roll to big victories.

halfdecayedParticipantwhat a beat down.. Now the Golden State Warriors are facing a must win situation on tuesday. We’ll finally see what they’re made of, facing their first 100% healthy contending team.
